Not a good product, hose leaks and I just used it for the first time and it wont rewind back up. unfortunate but will be throwing in the garbage after literally using it one time.

The hose is too small and the plastic piece on the front comes off everytime you pull the hose out in any other direction other than perfectly straight and level.

A fali tartó egyszerűen elgörbül, nem bírja a készülék súlyát. A cső túl hosszú, egy rossz vissza engedés és a fogaskerekek rosszul állnak be, emiatt egymásra tekeri a csövet és 4-5 méternyi locsoló cső nem fér be a dobba. Tiszta műanyag. Egyáltalán nem tartós.

Product isn’t made well and used it a approx. 5 times and would not roll up or roll out , i will say it was a waste of money !!!! Junk at best , tired of these products cheaply made and doesn’t last anytime !!!!!! Best place for this product is in the trash can 😡😡😡😡

It does NOT retract like the other bigger one

It is missing parts when they deliver the item , box is open .I'm so upset 😡 the bolt and plug is nothing in there...p

Not retracting , useless product

Only used 1 year and is already spraying water from somewhere inside. Not the happiest to spend 120.00 and only last this long. This unit was brought in during winter also.

I Bought 2 of these for my shop the one indoors still works fine but the one out doors the spring broke and it don't retract any more very disappointed in this product I was wondering if they would send me another one hopefully it would be a better model my company buys quite a bit of things on the site hopefully they'll do something

I drilled holes in my brick house to mount this thing as per the directions. Opened the water valve and ran out 45 ft or so to water my new plants. I was just standing there watering when i heard the real completely unwind. First time using it and it was toast. VEVOR wants you to send video pictures and then try to wind this piece of trash back up and fit it back into its original box so YOU can send it back to them. I could hear screw rolling around inside it. You get what you pay for. They shouldbhave just sent me a new piece of junk .lol Thanks VEVOR!
