I bought the 100' x 1/2" version for the back yard. I liked it well enough to get one for the front. Easy to mount, works like it is supposed to and saves a lot of time rolling up the hose. The one issue I have with it is the general nozzle has a quick detach, but the 9 spray nozzle does not. I screwed the 9 nozzle on hand tight and now it will not come off. The treads are recessed in and so you can't get a tool on them. The hose portion just spins and the nozzle will not come off. I will likely have to cut the end of the hose off and add a new attachment to the end.

I do love it, it did come really fast I would give it a five star but when I’m winding it back up, it seems to get tangled and I always have to pull out a little bit that got stuck and rewind it to get it to be straight.

Was looking for an option to get water to my greenhouse which is about 90 feet from an outdoor faucet. So far I really like the hose and the reel, although I did notice that it gets a little difficult to pull from the reel when you get close to the end of the hose. I suppose it is from the spring getting wound up tight and it's not a big deal. Today I used it for the second time and the sprayer that came with it started leaking where the metal ring attaches to the plastic. I have always pulled the hose out by gripping the hose, not the sprayer and it has not been left out in freezing temps. I hope the hose and reel hold up better than the sprayer.

Easy to set up and use right out of the box. The portion of the hose that’s connected inside the housing unit to the reel remains compressed pretty thin when not pulled all the way out and reduces flow more than expected. The nozzle that came with the unit began leaking on the first use and now leak significantly around the lower handle. The leak is not where the rubber seal helps secure the threaded connection, but in the actual handle itself, suggesting it was fractured or cracked. Overall it seems like a good product.

Solid product. No issue reaching any place in my yard. My only criticism is the spray nozzle rather cheap.. My old one is much better

Love everything about it but the metal piece right on the end of the hose by where you screw the nozzle on does leak just a little bit so I can’t just leave my hose on all the time like I like to.

I just received my 2 hoses last week I used the longer one 3 day ago it worked fine. I made sure I reeled it back and left it outside, I went to used it today and water starting spraying out everywhere. It has no damage on my part so I'm not sure what happen but I need this sprayer to be replaced. Overall not a bad product.

Everything is good except the interface between the spray nozzle and the house leaked from the start (yes it had a gasket), but i could neither loosen or tighten it. The bread parts of the hose just spun around themselves. I finally had to carefully saw the spray nozzle off and put a different one on.

I bought this thing based on the excellent product I bought from them earlier, a 50' retractable air line. Excellent product it was, actually bought a second one. This hose reel seems a little bit not so excellent. The rather large pin that the unit swivels on, it's actually a little on the weak side. It's already flexing/bending while holding the reel on the mount. In my opinion, this pin should be made of a heavier material considering the weight of the water that is inside the hose wrapped up inside the unit. I also have a concern that should this hose ever need replacing, I'm not sure that it can be. You'd have to take the reel apart and even then, can the hose be replaced? I don't know. When pulling the hose out of the reel, you know, to use it, it seems a little tough to pull it out. Not to the point where I'm forcing it, but a little bit of effort is needed. It's not nearly as smooth as the retractable air line. Also, the instructions are that you're supposed to turn the water supply off at the source before rewinding the hose. Kind of annoying. Why would we be instructed to do that extra step? Any other hose winder I've had previously, never had to do that, and it worked fine. Now mind you, those were manual hose winders, does it make a difference? I don't know.
