I bought a vevor 150 ft hose. Love the texture of hose Then I found the one on real. Real makes it easier to store, but the texture of hose is different. And I put it on shower mode on the one on reel. Does shower face enough to water plants. I don't think hose is 145 feet , because the vevor 150 ft reaches my fish pond without any trouble, had hose to spare. VERY disappointed when this one didn't reach my pond. That is the only reason I purchased the reel. Very unhappy , have thrown box away to return it Sheila S...really needed this reel

I bought this a few months ago. I ordered the 1/2" hose hose reel and was disappointed that the hose wasn't 1/2". The hose is barely 3/8". The retractable hose reel works good and seems to be built well. Vevor definitely misrepresented this product.

Plastic on plastic the plastic Mount that mounts to the 4x4 doesn't let my real swing 180° I've been trying to email you twice with no response or that would help me I would purchase a metal bracket cuz the plastic one that came in with it it does not turn 180° a metal one would be fine if you would kindly send me one I will pay for it if you're that greedy the metal bracket that comes with the 5/8 reel is fine I need a metal bracket for the plastic one that comes in with a half inch reel have not gotten any satisfaction with the emails I sent so I would like a metal bracket so please

lasted just short of 2 years before return spring broke, it had never been pulled out to maximum length, for the price it is rubbish. contacted vevor no mention of repairing offered £28 compensation which took 2 weeks to sort. Do not recommend this product

Works good

Good quality product, just too small of a hose diameter wise. Not enough power, if I would’ve known better I would’ve got the bigger one.

I have 2. One is great for over a year so ii bought another. #2. Level wind stopped working day. 3. Its weak for over 100 ft hose.

Needs 3/4” hose.

Great for light yard work. We have a small farm with a 70x80 paddock, and the automatic wind is not working properly. It seems that the high volume of work we use it for wears this unit out fast. The winding mechanism doesn't distribute the hose correctly. This causes the hose to wind more on one side than the other, filling up that side and stopping the auto-wind mechanism. I need to replace this unit with a manual reel. I was hopeful they made this auto winder strong enough to handle a small paddock.

Doesn’t fully retract. Works well enough but gets tangled and doesn’t fully retract.
