Didn't make the anniversary, I was pretty happy about the product. Bought it mid August last year, used for three months, put it away, bring out this May, I have to replace the spray nozzle and now the hose stucked inside the housing on the left side where the drive belt is. What a waste.

Leider nach 6 Monaten kaputt. Verliert Wasser am inneren Schlauchanschluss. Leider kommt man nicht dran ohne die Trommel zu öffnen und den Wickelmechanismus zu zerstören. Sehr schade, sonst eine gute Schlauchtrommel.

Spring unwound on the first use. Unable to reel the hose back in, even by hand. Very unsatisfied why a product that should be better than that. Support gives very nice advice such as: try unrolling completely and try again. As if we where totally clueless. SPRING IS BROKEN.

Usually vevor quality is always been superb. In this case one of the main reasons for ordering this setup was that it was advertised to have brass fittings. In reality it came with plastic fittings what usually do not last long time and start leaking. Ill need to order brass fittings separately. Otherwise it seems to be ok. Have not tested how well it will work for longer usage as its still spring here and have had no need for watering yet. Photo included of plastic fittings.

I was extremely excited when I received my new retractable hose reel , but quickly it turn into disappointment as it stopped retracting the hose. I expected a better product……

Restricts water flow to much to even use a sprinkler

We bought two of these retractable hose reels four months ago. One just broke today. Hopefully they’ll replace the unit. Finally get hard to believe that it his only lasted four months before breaking. I use them about once a week or once every other week, So not very heavy usage. maybe it’s just a one off because all the other reviews were excellent. I’ll change my review once this has been replaced or repaired.

Recently bought this retractable garden hose woth hopes it made my homestead watering requirements easier, but it did not. Doesn't engage retractable pull back from a distance and does not retract fully. Very disappointed with this purchase.

I am emailing and writing reviews for anyone who will listen. I sent in a video and talked with an agent via chat about my hose not retracting and he said I would hear from someone in 2-3 days. After 4-5 I began a series of redundant (same response every time) for 2 weeks and I just received an email that said my problem was solved!!! HELP! Does anyone use a phone at Vevor?
