Well so far so good. I've bought two of these and so far, they have worked very well. The hose pulls out and reels back in nicely. I've had the one in the back yard for about 3 months and the one in the front yard 1 month. Both came very fast delivery and no damage to either of them. There are no defects to either one that I could see. The only issue I have is they don't supply enough water flow to work a standard sprinkler. So, I had to make one up out of PVC pipe with sprinklers heads that I could adjust the water flow. It seems to be working very well. So far, I'm very happy with them. It's nice not to have too manually reel the hose back in. It reels in fast, but I slow it down because I don't want it slamming into the front of the bezel hard.

Really nice addition to the house, easy install and easy to use! Great product for the price

This retractable hose is wonderful. It keeps my body stable to I can no longer fall from having to pull on it to unwind and then roll up again. It's a real life saver for the elderly. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
