Très bon produit, content de mon achat, seu petit l bémol, support un peu faible en épaisseur, trop de jeu au niveau de l axe.

So far seems to be satisfactory . Hose dispences and takes up up effortlessly. Keep in mind that the hose size is 1/2". Standard garden hoses are 3/4". Although smaller than standard there is no less need for water supply. Prior I had a Giraffe brand. Reel stop retracting at about one year. Didn't want to replace with same brand. Give the Vevor a year and I'll revisit.

Fairly good quality, it was supposed to come with an upgraded metal bracket but it came with a plastic instead. So far so good

1/2” is slow. So much more pressure and volume in a 5/8” - but that doesn’t come 145’. So that’s why I bought the 1/2”. Other than that, works great retracts awesome …. All 145’. Update: the spray head attachment came off the end of the hose. It’s a friction barb fitting and doesn’t tighten. We will see how the warranty resolves the issue.

The hose reel performs well and does the job it needs to. Mounting hardware is solid and the reel pivots well. Do wish that the pivot pin was metal over plastic, but it should hold up for regular use, without too much abuse. The nozzles that come with it are low quality and do not have rubber washers, causing them to leak. Easy fix, but do wish they were better.

Well made product but you better be holding on to the hose while it retracts. It’s way too fast and can damage things including you.

Just ser up in garage. Wife liked watering with it. Wasn't sure to get 85 or 100 ft.

This hose reel is great for watering things far from the house, I really love having a retractable hose, I now have one of these on both sides of my house. My only wish is that it was longer, 150 or 200 foot one would be great and reach all the way to my farthest animal trough.

I was genuinely surprised by the quality considering the price. The rewind spring is very strong and retracts the hose quickly and smoothly. The mounting bracket is solid, and all the necessary mounting hardware is included. The hose is a bit stiffer than what I’m used to with Gardena products, and it also feels slightly thinner. However, it uses standard Gardena/Hozelock connectors. One thing to note is that the hose is attached inside the reel with a special crimp fitting, so replacing the hose in the future may not be as straightforward as on some other reels. Time will tell how easy that will be, since every hose eventually needs replacing. There are two decorative side covers, one on each side of the reel. They have a tendency to pop off when the hose retracts because they’re only held in place with clips. I solved this by lightly securing them with a small amount of Sikaflex. Having a 40-meter hose is fantastic. I also really like the included spray gun, which offers a wide range of spray patterns. Overall, I’m very happy with this hose reel and plan to buy another one for the other side of my house. Even Gardena reels eventually wear out, yet they cost three times as much or more. For the amount of use this gets during the summer, I find it more than robust enough. I also assume it isn’t frost-resistant like the Gardena models, so I’ll be storing it indoors over the winter. I definitely recommend it. It offers an excellent balance of price and quality.

The hose from the spigot to the hose reel twisted easily and chokes off the water access. the grade of the hose seems cheap, but has a very long range in which i ordered. The housing reel is fantastic and charming in appearance.
