It's good quality just a little hard to control when rolling up hose. The connection part seems to move too much during hose take up. Hard to connect hose inside the roller need small hands or should have a connection outside of the roller.

This is a very well made, all steel hose reel cart with a great powder coat finish. The fittings for attaching the hose are obviously well machined and show no signs of leaking. Overall, I am pleased with this reel, but there are a few things that cost a star in my rating. 1) Assembly: While it does not take a rocket scientist, there is a slightly elevated degree of difficulty in assembly. It is difficult to get a ratchet onto the nuts when assembling the reel itself as the spacing is very tight. An extra hand would be a great help for the final assembly step as you are required to hold three different somewhat heavy pieces together in perfect alignment in order to insert the screws. My particular unit was missing a couple of washers and nuts from the hardware pack, but fortunately, I keep a stash of miscellaneous hardware in my shop for just such situations. 2) Ease of use: There are two issues here in my opinion. First of all, the crank handle design could be better. It features a rigid handle with a loosely fitting rubber grip that is supposed to turn freely while winding the reel. There is nothing to keep this grip from constantly sliding off the end which adds a certain amount of frustration when trying to roll up 100+ feet of hose. Secondly, when fully loaded with hose, the center of gravity is pretty far forward which makes it somewhat difficult to maneuver it around on the rear wheels. 3) Does not include a leader hose for attaching to the water supply. I purchased one from another supplier which added about $9 to the total cost. If it was included with the reel, this would move from a good value for the money to a great value for the money. One additional comment that I did not deduct points for but feel the need to point out is that the stated hose capacity of 175' of 5/8 hose appears a little exaggerated. Maybe with the cheapest, thinnest wall hose out there one might be able to cram 175' on the reel, but I have a medium to heavy duty 100' hose and it pretty much maxed out the capacity. None of these items should be considered a deal breaker. I am well pleased with the purchase, and I highly recommend this to anyone in need of a high quality and durable hose reel. I expect to get years of use out of this.

The instructions were to hard to follow. There was 3 screw holes that were stripped out. Where you mount your hose put a link in your hose when you wind it up.

Overall, not a bad cart with the exception of the upper pull arm which is too short. I had to purchase some pipe to extend the arm as to not have to bend down to move it around to where I need it.

The price is good the quality is decent for what you're paying for. My only complaint is that the handle that you grab onto is way too short as I'm 6 ft and need to hunch over in order to pull it in the direction that I want it to go. Would be nice to have a retractable handle that can accommodate to my height.

Purchased to replace a less expensive plastic hose reel. My fault for not reading thoroughly the dimensions. I’m not tall, 5’9, handle is way to low especially when trying to move it around. Would not recommend.

I purchased this reel a month ago from you to roll my new hose ( also from vevor). When assembling the reel, the attachment that holds the wheels is missing. There are other small nuts missing. I have e mailed you several times and only a note saying someone will get back to me! It’s been a month already and I’m very sad about this.

Gestell, Haspel, Räder (kugelgelagert!), wirklich toll. Preis stimmt auch. Wie aber bindet man einen in Deutschland üblichen Gartenschlauch an? Um Hilfe gefragt, war zwar nett, aber echte Auskunft geht nicht schnell. Kurz gesagt: In Deutschland übliche Gewinde hätte ich erwartet. Ein verbauten Adapter (das ist vermutlich Britisch Stand. auf Zoll-Gewinde) habe ich schließlich von der Innenseite auf Außenseite gebracht, so dass ich es danach mit Zollgewinden zu tun hatte. Kein Hinweis in der Bedienungsanleitung - und das ist wirklich nicht i.O. Nebenbei gesagt, muss ein Gerät, dass in der EU verkauft wird, CE-gekennzeichnet sein und eine Bedienungsanleitung in der Landessprache ist dafür Voraussetzung. Ich habe nur eine sehr knappe, englische Anleitung gefunden.

Le chariot a l'air robuste et de bonne qualité globalement, mais ça fait plusieurs fois qu'on essaie d'adapter le connecteur au tuyau d'arrosage... et ça fuit quand-même. On a testé le Téflon, puis la filasse... on cherche une autre solution mais pour l'instant, on est obligé d'aller ouvrir et refermer le robinet d'arrivée d'eau à chaque fois. Franchement pas pratique.
