I purchased this a year ago for my garage. Use it weekly, so far no issues!

I received both of my Hose reels so far really nice. One of my hoses is already has a crack in the nozzle. I would like somebody to call me at 304-688-4512 or ship me out a replacement and I can ship the broken one back.

The nozzle that came with it busted after just one week, leaking out of the sides. Other than that the hose itself seems good quality and the retractable reel is nice. I guess any nozzle you buy has a good chance of leaking anymore so would still recommend

It is a very convenient hose to have reaches almost all that way across my whole yard and has no issues retracting. functions great and easy to install. I do recommend getting a different sprayer as the one that comes with it is garbage. also be aware that due to it being a 1/2 inch hose it won't have the same flow capabilities as a 3/4 inch. But overall great buy.

Works like it should

the reel work fine, it let hose out and return corectly saving the hasle to wind it manually. The hose itself look cheap and it feel like it won't last a decade but it worked all the last summer and we will see for the comming one. It easily get bent to block water comming out compared to a commercial grade hose but it also make it easier to move around... I had a problem with the installation plastic pin. It get hard to align and put back the pin in place with the reel weight, i rounded the tip a bit to help it find it's way with less efforts.

I should of ordered the 5/8 hose. The 1/2 inch has poor water pressure. However the set up is super nice. Easy to install and rolls up nicely.

Plutôt satisfait, j'aurais bien apprécié un déport d'angle pour orienter le tuyau sans l'abimer contre le frottement du mur. Une option à prévoir, mais peut-être quelle existe, mais elle n'est pas proposée lors de la commande.

Made the wife happy. Now she can easily water her plants on the patio and not leave a house to trip over.

LIVRAISON RAPIDE LE PRODUIT EST CORRECT JE NE L'AI PAS ENCORE FIXER AU MUR CAR J4AI UN DOUTE SUR LA CAPACITE DES VIS FOURNIES IL ES ASSEZ LOURD A VOIR SI CELA TIENDRA EN FIXATION MURALE......
