I really like the house and retractable reel! The attachments like spray nozzles, are cheap made and broke before I used it.

I really like the functionality of this retractable hose reel, as well as how the hose case pivots 180 degrees. My only issue and concern is how easily the hose kinks if loops as you pull it at 90-180 degrees or even when you drag the hose back over itself. Hoping this kinking will not cause the hose to rupture prematurely at some point. Time will tell.

This retractable hose reel makes my watering so much easier. Our yard is very large, and now I do not have to haul around a long hose. My only disappointment is that I have lost quite a bit of water pressure, not having the 5/8" hose. We had to drop to 1/2 inch as the 5/8" didn't come long enough for our yard. I will accept the loss on the water pressure to not having to haul hose around the yard.

Over all this product was good. Just where I installed it the sun hits that side on the hottest time. Hope the plastic holds up for a few years. Worth it beside that..

The hose reel is actually not too bad, there are two issues, the sprayers which started leaking from where it was glued together and the next is the hose, the mender wall is too thin which kept making the gasket slip into the hose. Replaced it with a clamp on mender and perfect!!! Great hose after that

After having alot of dissatisfaction with the shipping of this product, I finally picked it up at the post office today, 6/10/25. It all looks good and thanks

Good product so far

Well made hose reel. Only issue, I had was finding a 12mm concrete drill bit. Ended up using a 1/2 inch, not perfect but it was all I could find. Functional, nice looking, easy to install. Probably learned a lesson, found another for my back yard at a much lower price. Still haven’t received it, time will tell. Be safe and get it from Vevor, fast delivery,no problems.

I’ve had this VEVOR retractable hose reel installed for a few weeks now, and it’s been a fantastic upgrade for my backyard setup. As someone who’s constantly watering, rinsing tools, or cleaning off the patio, this has made a huge difference in convenience. The 100-foot hose length gives me plenty of reach to hit every corner of my yard without dragging around a tangled mess. The retractable function works smoothly—just a quick tug and it reels back in like a charm. No more bending over or fighting with kinks. I also really appreciate the 180° swivel mount; I can swing it out of the way or angle it exactly where I need it. It takes a bit to pull it out 100', but heck 100' of hose is heavy. If you need 100', bet it, if no, get the shorter one. The build feels solid and well-made for the price point, and installation was pretty straightforward with the included hardware. Now, for the one small issue: the plastic trim piece near the reel pops off almost every time I use it. It’s not a dealbreaker—it snaps back on easily and doesn’t affect performance—but it’s worth mentioning. A dab of glue or double-sided tape might solve it permanently. Overall, this hose reel has seriously leveled up my outdoor setup. If you’re tired of wrestling with traditional hoses and want something that looks clean, performs well, and makes everyday yard chores easier, this is a great buy—just be ready to snap that trim back in now and then!

Works good so far. Gets hose off the ground and the reel swivels helping to avoid pinched hoses. The one big problem is the metric size needed to attach to concrete wall. I could not find the needed concrete drill bit. It would be great if Vevor included the metric drill bits needed for mounting. Maybe they could include some screws in standard size to fit the mounting bracket. The screws stripped out of the concrete for one. I am waiting for a mounting bracket from Vevor. ..still, it seems like a good product overall.
