Works great! Makes the patio look neater, easily removable for storage in the winter. Retracts the hose quickly when fully extended. Comes with a nice sprayer attachment. I plan on purchasing another for the other side of the house. .

Very well built and works great.

Easy to install easy to use wish I had gotten 2 more

Only been using it for about a month, no leaks that's great. Only thing is it's a little thogh pulling it out but it retracts great. Much better than the hose reel l had.

Great product, quality case and reel. My only problem is that sometimes the hose has a tendency to buckel under. Then I have to go undo the tangle. Dosen't Always happen. It may be operator error. Other than that great product would highly recommend. I've had 3 of my neighbors ask about where to purchase. Real quality products from this company. Reasonable prices.

Rien à dire très bon produit

j'ai tellement aimer que j'en ai acheter deux simple a installer et très pratique je recommande .

produit facile d'installation très pratique j'adore

Very good quality! Works great! Great price! Would recommend to everyone!!

This hose reel was easy to install and works great. It came pre-assembled and is a good size. The only issue I have with it is the water pressure from the nozzle. This is mainly due to the 1/2" hose which connects it to my water tap. I normally use a 3/4" garden hose which has much more volume and pressure. But the trade off between a larger hose and the smaller hose is the lighter weight and the size of the hose reel. Overall, it is a great value and very functional.
