Good product. To meet my expectations. In a word, it does what it was intended for. It is easy and pleasant to use this device

This worked perfectly , i should have bought it earlier instead of struggling trying different ways. there are plenty of sizes which is good as i needed 2 different ones to do the 1 job i had.

Was shipped quick.. worked great.. other places selling this same thing at 600.00... price and quality great

These work pretty good, not as good as some of the higher end ones but for what you pay they are worth that. The one thing though is the sticker is backwards, so to release you spin to on, and to start you twist to off.

The hydraulic pump was hot or miss out of the box. I changed the oil and bleed the unit and it has worked fine since

I recommend Vevor for many tools and materials , but not this pipe expander—it lacks durability and precision.

Not a serious company, Product not as described . DO NOT BUY . Product is not usable one handed, product has not push buttons to speak of as it's release is a dial, 3/8s fitting will split copper. Requested refund the day of shipment being recieved as company has stonewalled and now does not reply after stating they would resolve the issue within 48hours. Also there is no way to refund the product as you have to get with the lousy customer service to get a refund approved.

The 3/8" die broke. Since I use this for work, I immediately ordered an entire replacement tool to ensure the fastest possible delivery to get me back operating, then I also opened a warranty ticket for the broken item. The warranty solution offered was to send me a replacement part- OK - but that will take 10-15 business days... not very great service. The replacement tool I ordered right away was shipped via OnTrac, who unsuccessfully attempted delivery to our business address at 7pm. The next day after providing business hours and then hours later seeing status updated to HELD with no redelivery attempt, I did a live chat at OnTrac who informed me that it takes 1-2 DAYS for instructions to reach drivers, and 1-2 DAYS for delivery reattempts to be processed!! If you decide to buy this tool and ship to a business address, be prepared for egregious delivery delays. I may now need to reorder yet another tool from a vendor with more reliable shipping. What a nightmare.
