Never got it even though it showed in stock. Ending up having to get a refund. Big miss from Vevor on this one.

First time blowing it up it developed a leak before even using it . One of the seams was leaking. My kids were pretty bummed out. They said that they wud refund my money, but not send me a new platform . Customer service told me just to patch it with the kit that they sent me, but didn’t send me a patch kit . I told them that I shouldn’t have to patch something brand new when it has a flaw in it from the factory. I wasn’t too happy with that decision on their part..

Avons déballer le produit et gonfler tel que recommandé. Apres quelques heures d'attente nous avons constaté qu'il avait dégonflé tout seul. N 'avons pas pu l'utiliser.

Out of the package noticed a leak right away when I put it in the water. Asked for a replacement but they told me to patch it and would only provide $100 refund. Package only comes with patches but no glue. Asked for full refund once again and they gave me another $200. Not useable as is. Would not buy again.

This didn't last more than a week without leaking. I reported this to customer service and they refused to replace only offered me $30 credit. Scam

Used it the first time a couple days ago. There’s a manufacturer defect. Where they sealed the seam it didn’t seal all the way and it leaks.

1 Star – Defective Product and Terrible Customer Service I purchased an inflatable floating dock from VEVOR, and it arrived with a manufacturing defect. One of the seams was not properly sealed, causing the dock to leak air immediately. I provided clear video evidence showing a continuous stream of air bubbles escaping from the faulty seam while the dock was submerged in water. Instead of replacing the defective product or issuing a refund, VEVOR has dragged the process out for more than two weeks. They repeatedly ask for more information or send generic messages, including links to repair videos, despite this being a manufacturing defect that cannot reasonably be repaired by the customer. The most disappointing part has been the customer service. Rather than standing behind their product, they appear to delay the process and avoid taking responsibility for a defective item. If you’re considering buying an inflatable product from VEVOR, be aware that if you receive a faulty item, you may face a lengthy and frustrating warranty process instead of a straightforward replacement or refund. I would not purchase from VEVOR again based on this experience.
