when inflating this float the second time we noticed slight bubbles coming from one of the seams 4inches to the left of the valve. When contacting customer service about the issue, the only solution they gave was a how to fix a leak youtube video and a link to the glue on Amazon. The solution should have been, here is a shipping label for you to return the item and we will send you a new one!!! I currently still have the $275 float packaged up in my garage waiting for a better outcome. I have order the glue from Amazon (only $8 for a 2 pack)...i will try the glue as an inconvenience to myself for a faulty float. If it does not work VEVOR will have to take this float back.

It says non slip but it is extremely slippery ....more like a slip and slide. Someone needs to send out some non slip tape or something to fix this as it has no traction. Overall good idea just wish I could did a solution for that. Get and electric blower too....be so much better.

Love the dock! It's huge. Naughty a pop up tent and now have a houseboat. My only gripe is I didn't receive the cary bag. And communicating w customer service has not been all that easy.

It slowly lost air from the 1st attempt with only kids (ages 4-8) playing on it in a lagoon. Then, lost more after we re-filled it and they played on it a 2nd time. The 1st reply from customer service was to patch it. I was more adamant in my response and they finally had me send it back at my expense and gave me a refund. I feel that they should have offered to pay return shipping since I contacted them within 2 weeks of receiving the item.

Product leaked on first inflation and I've been messaging customer service for over a week. There only response is need more time, that's after they deleted the first ticket without explanation. Here we go...

The idea is a good one, but the dock arrived with a small hole in it. I did not realize there was a hole until I bought a pump to inflate it, put it in the water, and saw bubbles. Upon inspection there was in fact a very small pinhole next to a seam. I have been trying to contact customer service FOR THREE WEEKS. They automatically close the ticket but never contact me other than the AI email saying my ticket will automatically be closed. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
