works as advertised. ability to preset temperature and volume. very pleased with the item after using it daily for about a month.

Love love love this! I can choose which temperature of water I want to have I preferably drink warm water and just recently discovered that 130° is the exact temperature I enjoy. I get it every time I can make coffee. I love love love this it’s worth The low price looks good in the kitchen.

This hot water dispenser is a real convenience. Hot water at a variety of settings is very helpful, along with the amount of water dispensed. I think the price is worth the convenience.

Great little machine. Love the machine. My kids use it a lot. Kids would like to be independent, and I always worried about them using the water kettle to pour. With this, just one push of a button. Very simple and straight forward. I can even use it to make cup noodle. I did have little problem to get it to start at first, and there is no instruction at all. I just kept pushing buttons until something happened. It still doesn't stop me from giving it 5 stars. It is about the size of a keiug, sp pretty compact. In conclusion, small compact machine with mighty power of hot water.

I really like the design, functionality, and the ability to choose between different dispensing volumes and temperatures.

This little magic machine is so very convenient & useful! I use it everyday to make my tea, it's so much easier on my hands (R.A) instead of a kettle. Would recommend this find to everyone!

Esattamente come da descrizione... un pò troppo rumorosa ma per il prezzo va bene

We love this machine. Measures water well, temps are accurate, fast and overall easy to use. We love it. But— two of them have gone out on me. I’m very thankful for vevors one year warranty. They leaked after a few months (7?) and needed to be replaced.

It’s a handy appliance for a cup of tea, much easier than boiling the kettle. On the highest setting, it’s not quite as hot as if I boiled the kettle, but good enough for a cup of tea. Would be nice if the cup tray was better secured to the unit, and if the tank lid was more secure as well, but it does the job.
