Not every function is useful. Leg hold-down part is not working cannot be blocked because the pin doesn't match with the holes. Looks like they don't meet up because is not straight.

Missing par inside . Cannor assemble. Package was very damaged.

The item is working pretty good but there’s a problem about the “bushing” i ‘m gonna send you a video to show you the problem. Can you resolve this problem? I tried to attach the video but it doesn t work. I will send it to vevor.ca

Was exited to receive this easy install was surprised at weihmght rating being so high upon completion and first use the handles on the back rest snapped and the wood being there is no support and it's held on by 10mm ply 🤨also the leg extension bar bends with only 30kg on it steel definitely would not with hold the 400 pound rating I had to get it fabricated to support the handles and reinforce.the extension bar part is not able to strengthen so just bends every rep with only 30kg I tried to contact supplier with no reply.

The website is not allowing my comment so here it is again. The equipment came with deficiencies, that do not enable correct usage and make it dangerous. Contacted the brand through the correct mechanisms and after technical evalution was informed that the situation was on the range of expected problems. No compensation was offered and no guarantee activated. I haven't used the equipment because I can't even close the handle with the weights on the bottom platform due to the extreme degree of error in the equipament that tends it about 20º to my left. Disappointed with how the situation turned out and letting others into this so you can make your informed decisions before purchase.

Never received this or my weight hangers

The product came and a part was broke and now it's been a month that I can't use. Junk!

I gave this a 2 star because the machine is very flimsy, I will have to do some things to improve it so it performs better.
