After researching, this was supposed to be more than enough for what we needed. Installed & tested by running some water into it, worked well. Hooked up per instructions, pump didnt turn on when water flowed in. WATER EVERYWHERE. Disconnected, reconnected, tested ok. Hooked back up, worked ok, then didnt shut off. Reset as per instructions again & now wont turn on when only a dehumidifier is draining into it, and it overflowed again. Needless to say we have disconnected it. followed all troubleshooting directions and still not working as designed to.

After following the instructions for the install and I have installed similar units in the past. The pump didn't automatically kick on when the water level reached the float switch. I uninstalled, it looked at everything, reinstalled it again. Tested it out and there's no activity in the pump. Whatsoever, it just doesn't work. What makes it worse is that customer service? As so far refused to replace it, they just keep asking me to run unnecessary tests as if I've got nothing better to do with my time. Then spend 2 days troubleshooting a pump that just doesn't work and sending them videos of it I simply asked for a replacement, and I'm happy to send the broken unit back. But after about 8 emails I'm not having any luck with customer service at all So it looks like i'm stuck with a piece of junk that doesn't work.And I'll have to find something for my different manufacturer

cet appareil ne fonctionne plus . il ne broie plus et le moteur s'arrête. il doit être sous garantie. j'en achète un autre et vous me remboursez le précédant achat et vous le renvoie. dans l'attente de votre réponse

El aparato funciono un oar de dias despues empezo a dar problemas de subcion, se vacio y limpio y nada seguia igual, me devolvieron el importe pero despues de intentar ratearme parte . Ademas del importe que me va a cobrar el fontanero

Lo instale hace semanas y de momento bien, lo único que funciona a intervalos cortos, debería acumular mas agua y que evacue a intervalos mas largos

El paquete llegó un día tarde y fue difícil contactar con el transportista, pero aun así, el producto llegó bien y en buenas condiciones, fácil de instalar y de usar. Tal vez deberían mejorar la atención al cliente, para que no se desespere en la espera. He leído muchas reseñas nefastas, pero lamverdad es que indiferentemente deque se retrasará, estoy satisfecho con la compra y elmproducto.

Was very good until it wasn’t and stopped working. i’m bout to be going on my third one. at first i thought it was me until i realized they keep going out around the same time. just above 1 month this is ridiculous.

For the price its well worth it. I would not recommend it for a family with children that use too much toilet paper. The unit plugged up solid and malfunctioned. The manual button is a nice feature but did little to fix the clog. I would recommend it for use with only adults in the home. Vevor was quick to send a replacement. Thank you for that. Mike

Ma pompe ne démarre pas toujours quand j'utilise la douche et l'eau monte. J'ai respecté les mesures a l'installation et le degré du tuyau est correct
