The guide blocks for the two sets of rails are different sizes with different hole patterns. Also, the blocks for the 1200mm rails have through holes while the blocks on the 2200mm rails are not drilled all the way through. I can see no reason for the blocks to be different. This made measuring and drilling the acrylic pieces that came with the 2200mm rail much more difficult. In contrast the through holes on the 1200mm rail blocks made it very easy to mark and drill out the acrylic router plate. Please consider using the same through drilled blocks for ALL your guide rails and your future customers should be much happier with their purchases. You might also consider selling acrylic pieces that are designed to connect the guide blocks on the 2200mm guide to the end stops on the cross rails. Having the acrylic pieces all pre drilled would make assembly much easier. Thank you, Bob McRae [email protected]

Great rails, same as the SBR16 rails I bought, clean and check threads in the bearing housings carefully.

The rails are very nice, the quality is excellent. But, the threads on the bearing housings are not ideal. Some manufacturing stuff left in threads-a white powdery goo, and even with cleaning and carefully chasing the threads I still had one machine screw seize and damage the threads to the point where I’ll have to re-drill and tap. Overall they are great rails at a great price, but just be aware that you should be prepared to fully clean and check the threading to avoid, what will now be a PITA, to sort out.

It feel bad before cleaning, a lot of grit in the bearings but after a lot of cleaning an new lubricant they works good.

Acceptable due to price. Fast delivery, good boxing. A big minus becouse almost all M6 threads of the sliding blocks ware not properly manufactured. I needed to buy a tool to adjust the threads.

IT IS A NICE PRODUCT, BUT VERY HEAVY. I WAS GOING TO USE IT FOR A PORTABLE TOOL, TOO HEAVY!

The linear rail is shorter than it should be .
