Big mistake buying these aluminum ramps. They are rated for 3,000 pounds and they bent the very first time I tried to use them to load my 2,100 pound tractor. I sent pictures in and requested a refund. Refund was denied because they said every piece is quality tested therefore I must have overloaded them. I had to argue with them about it and they offered $44. I declined it and kept having to insist on a full refund since I didn't even get one successful use from the ramps. They finally agreed to give me a full refund if I sent the ramps back to them. They gave me a fedex return label and I sent them the bent ramps and they did refund the full amount of my money. Poor quality product and poor customer service in this case. I will say I have order Vevor products I like very much and are a good value. This was an exception. Get steel ramps if you don't want them to bend.
