These showed up in 2 boxes per unit. We bought two for our TV room. The color is slightly lighter grey than the pictures. The heat function is quite hot. The massage works, not fancy but it works. Typical Vevor "good quality".

I love the love seat recliner. It was easy to put together. Everything works, the recliner, heat and massage. It is very comfortable. My only issue was it was sent by Purolator that does not deliver to my house. It was very inconvenient for me to go pick it up and then unload as I had to have help. I would suggest when shipping to check to see if door to door delivery is available.

Bought it for our Living Room. USB isn't working. They aren't particularly comfortable to sit in, we need extra padding so it doesn't hurt our backs. Most of it is made of particleboard. The cupholder is not deep. so it is very easy for a bottle or glass to tip over. Sorry, If we had known that, we wouldn't have bought them at that price.

nice chair was going to give five stars then the rip cord broke, and the chair does not work anymore i need repair parts please or a new chair thanks. S.T.

I ordered the couch July 23rd. As of August 26, I have yet to receive it. I have filed a complaint, a second recliner was allegedly sent, but the tracking for both is abysmal. It states “received by shipper” “sent by shipper” but nothing regarding who the shipper is or what location the tracking events happened in. Normally I wouldn’t review an item I haven’t received, but they’ve sent me a second email now asking for a review, so here it is. I have no idea on the quality of the recliner, but the quality of vevor, the service provided, and the shipping comp at are barely deserving of the 1 star.

This would've received a 5 start except, I received the couch with one side having an inoperable heater and vevor wouldnt replace it and it took them almost 3 weeks to come to this conclusion and instead, forced me into a "partial" refund because they said it would be too difficult to ship out and return the faulty section. Also, only having this couch for about a month, the threading is already coming apart in two area of the couch.

Poorly constructed, parts missing. Seat backs are unsafe. Mechanism is loose after 1month of use. Waste of time and money. The parts that hold the arms to the frame were missing. VEVOR shipped the wrong replacement parts first after a 2 week delay then we waited another 3 weeks for the right parts. Finally assembled it’s a disappointment. The connection between the two base halves is loose. The right seat back detaches itself every few times the seat is reclined. This is dangerous when it falls off in the reclined position. Pice of junk!
