Not impressed! The caster wheels will not clear the frame. No matter which way you turn it one of the wheels is bound up. The front wheels have an extreme amount of slop.

The item broke and malfunctioned, and despite the fact that it was defective, they refused to refund me or allow me to return it. I was told they had sent the replacement parts needed to fix it—weeks ago. I’m still waiting. The customer service and after-sale support have been absolutely terrible. I use this jack every day for work, so having a broken jack sitting around for weeks simply wasn’t an option. I had no choice but to purchase a replacement elsewhere just so I could actually do my job. Now I’m stuck with a heavy, overpriced paperweight that I paid for, can’t use, and apparently can’t return—all because the company couldn’t provide a timely solution to a problem with their own product. A product can fail. That happens. What’s unacceptable is leaving the customer stranded afterward and calling that customer service.

I had to fight with lowering valve to make jack work. The machine work for the rotary hydraulic lowering valve feels very poor. IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!

My company bought 4 of these jacks as a test for fleet of vehicles. One jack showed up missing the bolt that secures the handle to the jack. I opened a support ticket and was asked for some info. I provided photos of the parts, jacks, manual etc that was requested as well as a description. I didn't hear anything after that until I received an email that stated the problem was solved and the ticket was closed. I was not solved or corrected. Two of the jacks broke in the first two weeks of use. The failure was the same on both jacks. One of the pistons on each failed and popped out rendering the jacks useless. I tried to open a support ticket twice, but I have not received any reply. I was able to remove the bolt that secures the handle on one of the failed jacks and install it the jack that was missing that bolt so I have a functional jack now. The fact that the bolt is removeable in the first place is a design flaw. The Harbor Freight version (and most others) does not come out. My company has 125 vehicles out in the field and each one has two floor jacks. The cars they are used on and normal Honda's, Toyota's etc, nothing too heavy. We have been buying the Harbor Freight aluminum floor jacks and the extended warranty for 15 years. They do fail occasionally (but no more often than any other brand) and its easy to return it for an exchange at a Harbor Freight store. Sometimes they are out of stock so we wanted to try the Vevor brand to have another vendor and we were very disappointed. Not only in the quality of the product but also in the failed customer service.

This jack has a severe design or manufacturing flaw. The swivel wheels hit the frame of the jack. This action locks up the jack and makes it immobile. The jack handle came with rivets that obviously did not go all the way through to secure the square drive that lowers the jack. There were additional holes drilled that were offset and oblong. These holes were obviously holes that were drilled incorrectly and in the wrong position. Customer support sent me new wheels and a new handle. The wheels were no different and they also hit the frame. The handle was completely different than the original. It was steel and not aluminum like the original and it was shorter. I advised customer support and their answer was to give me a partial refund and offered to direct me to another department. I waited for contact from this department and did not receive any reply. Customer service then said there was no other department and I should seek local technical assistance. This was unacceptable. A jack that does not roll is useless and unsafe. A jack handle with unsecured rivets is unsafe. Seeking technical assistance locally is unsafe as they would not be familiar with the product and would be dealing with a manufacturing defect. The proper answer from VEVOR should have been a full refund and for VEVOR to correct these manufacturing defects and problems for future customers.
