I purchased this to increase my physical activity and aerobic exercise, as certain exercises/programs I am not physically able to do. Purchase to delivery was seamless. The product was packaged so well from getting damaged, that it took about 15 minutes to unpack. The pieces that needed to be assembled were clearly marked and the diagrams were easy to navigate for assembly. No missing parts or damaged to anything. This is not a high tech item, but I don't care about that. It's quiet, easy to use and you can adjust the tension to suit the level you are comfortable with or if you want to be challenged. I've been using it for about a month, twice a day and I'm very happy with the results. As you are using 80 to 90 % of your muscles, it's a full body and cardio workout. I have more energy, my muscles are more toned and I don't need to go to a gym. The rower has wheels that make moving it very easy, and it can stand upright against a wall for storage. I do live in an apartment, so these features were important to me. I am over 65 and highly recommend this rower. The quality vs the value is superb!

the entire assembly was quite easy and the instructions were accurate. Overall a very nice piece of equipment for an individual . the seat rollers could be slightly better , although I have not attempted adding a touch of lubricant. All in all, quite a good product for the price.

easy to assemble, instructions are easy to follow its great to use but i wish there was a dedicated app for this brand, the ones i used are not accurate

Very strong and easy to use rowing machine to a nice price. I like it . Everything OK !

Great product, clear assembly instructions, good quality materials, smooth gliding action, and great range of difficulty levels. Would recommend.

I did my research before ordering. The product is great and exceed our expectations. I used rowing as cross training 3 - 4 times a week for 30 to 45 minutes and the machine performed very well and absolutely no issues.
