Quick delivery, packaged nicely, good quality. But—- this pole saw is dangerous. It needs to have a positive locking mechanism to prevent it from coming apart when doing real tree work.

Much heavier than described, good luck getting that all the way up fully assembled!

This thing has some good features and the price was right but if you hook all the poles up it flexed a lot and the sections tend to come unscrewed. It will wear you out with all the poles hooked together. I like the double pulley giving you a 3:1 mechanical advantage but the rope came off the pulley and frayed so I'll put some Paracord on it. It's really not a bad day for the price. It did pay for itself on the first job but it is a little aggravating when the poles start coming loose. Some duct tape might fix that though. It's worth the money.

Bought the pole saw to prune a large oak tree. It’s fairly easy to use at shorter lengths, but gets heavy and difficult to position and reposition at longer lengths. I found it more manageable to assemble the sections of the pole in an open area near the tree and then stand the pole up like pole jumper. In a vertical position, perpendicular to the yard (90 degrees) the pole has weight, but that weight and strength required increases exponentially as the angle decreases. This makes the pole difficult to use, specifically when maneuvering around branches. When cutting a branch with the saw blade, slow and steady strokes is key. Otherwise, the sections of the pole loosen. When this happens, the pole has to be removed from the tree, retighten, and repositioned. The cutting attachment, with the pull cord, is heavy and the blade is flimsy making the pole saw unusable at longer lengths. Rated this product two stars based on its difficulty and strength required to use. It’s not for everyone.

it is fine if you only need ten feet. as you continue to add segments ts as it exceeds 18 feet it is too heavy to maneuver

Nicht handelbar! Selbst ein morscher Ast in 5 Metern Höhe ist damit nicht zu bewältigen.

Very disappointed difficult to use extremely heavy and unmanageable at height …scissors useless… waste of time and money

Ok unit but the pruning cutter is definitely not "heavy duty". It's ok for small branches but anything more than an inch is very difficult to cut. The extensions are a good idea but they can be unwieldy as you add poles - pretty difficult to maneuver and definitely difficult to use the saw attachment. I'm neutral on the device. Ok as a backup but it needs to be more substantial to use effectively. Not sure i would buy it again
