I’ve been using this product few times now and I’ve noticed all the nuts and bolts come loose and I have lost a few of them while using it. Also all the pins holding the grip on each pole slowly come out causing safety hazard.

When the saw is mounted to its maximum length, the long handle is not very steady; it feels weak, so sawing becomes therefore a little tricky. I bought the saw exclusively for reaching tree branches high over the ground.

The pole is too flexible and it already cracked under its own weight. Also sharpness is not that good. Lost my money.

I saw the description on the website and customer reviews and was impressed. Could this be what I was looking for? But it turned out to be a mistake. Each joint was poorly connected, with significant backlash. When cutting, it seemed like everything would just fly apart and fall on my head. I would definitely have returned it, but I gave it to my uncle in another country. So it will most likely end up in the rubbish bin.

Was just what I was looking for, UNTIL it arrived. The description c/w videos showed the item with a scissor trimmer as well as a saw (interchangeable head). However, this was just the pole and saw. VEVOR did make it right though.

I used this Pole saw as soon I it was delivered. It worked great, the blade seems strong and cuts well. I noticed that several rivets were coming out. I pressed them back in place. Each time I use it I have the same problem, now the rivets are falling out, I'm not sure how much longer the saw will be usable. I'm very disappointed that These rivets have reduced the stability of the unit.

I purchased the pole saw in good faith, believing that when the blade breaks or blunts, I would be able to easily purchase a new blade. That is not the case. Instead, VEVOR expects you to purchase a completely new setup, as they do not sell replacement blades. I've never heard of anything more ridiculous. I would go as far as calling it a scam. The poles themselves are reasonably made. But the blades are not, meaning they go blunt pretty quickly. Save yourself the money and invest in a silky fox. More money initially, but at least you can buy spare parts and the blades will outlive these ten times over. Saving money in the long run.

It's not that I don't like this thing, I actually do, however for some reason the pruner scissors are very loose. Still attached and still cut (for now) but I've looked at close ups and can't figure out what went wrong. Good points: If you have a huge tree like I do (Mimosa) that gets out of control easily, it's a great tool. I've used it fully extended with the manual blade and it took 2 of us older ladies to do it, but got the job done. Blades are certainly sharp enough. Just very disappointed in my wobbly pruner that I use frequently for the shooters. I think some rivits may have come apart where the screws are? Not sure. Overall good price for what it is I guess.

Rubber handles smell like death and it permeates the skin. Could get the smell out for a day even though i washed my hands 10+ times. Covered in glass fiber dust from drilling of the holes. Not nice. The long rod works as expected i.e. it flexes a lot, but does hold up. Saw is hard to use as it is not very sharp, and it is difficult to put pressure when using the saw at 3 meters + length Overall, not recommended unless you have some smaller branches that you just fiecely hate, and you don't have a ladder.
