Fantastic lock! BUT I only had one issue: my door is 59 mm thick, and the longest spindle included in the package was not long enough to reach both sides of the lock. I had to purchase a longer spindle separately. Other than that, the lock was easy to install. The instructions could be a little clearer, but if you're handy, it's not a problem. Overall, I'm very happy with the lock and would definitely recommend it!

This entryway pushbutton lock system works pretty good after its installed, but the assembly was nerve wrecking! The two screws that secure the two halfs together on the door are all but impossible to start and screw in. It took me one hour of sweat and cuss words to finally get it together!!!! Not for the faint at heart

The directions aren't real explanatory on how to change the passcode I had to Google it online to figure out how to change the passcode The directions in the manual suck

Two issues: (1) the lock is not tall enough to cover a pre-existing deadbolt hole. In fact, you'll need to bore a hole thru door just at the bottom of the deadbolt area. You won't be able to use a deadbolt because the lock (height) covers a portion of the deadbolt hole. (2) All locks are keyed differently. I ordered 5 locks and no two locks have same key. So I have a couple of key rings with five keys on them (each key must be labeled for its door). The locks are mechanically sound. I've been using them for a few weeks and other than the above mentioned issues, I feel they are a good value for the price.

Okay fro the price but not as good of quality as one from a lock smith

I recently bought 2 for each side of the house but for the way my gates are build does not work. Quality it’s okay don’t think it would last longer the. A year with the Florida weather. So I returned both

I bought these looks for my 6 year old son with non verbal autism who is a major flight risk. The locks worked great and are the only thing that keeps him safe but I would love to be able to have them replaced since it has not even been 1 year.

I had a lot of hope for this lock since it had all the features I wanted. Unfortunately there is a design flaw that ultimately led me to return the product. The hole (on the back) where you turn the lock handle direction is small and if you use a common screwdriver bit it damages the ridges used by the flat bar. I cannot find such narrow bit that would work. This seems like a specialized tool that vevor should provide, or redesign the hole. More troubling though is the endless back and forth with the support team who promised me that 'engineering' would research and get back to me. Twice I had to contact support to find out a status. 'Engineering' never provided any response. Support didn't want to provide me a refund. Eventually I just sent the product back and asked my bank to refund me on my credit card. Cost me $20 to send it back since it was a bit heavy. Vevor did not reimburse. Sorry, this is way too much trouble for me to with this merchant in the future.

Wasted 2 hours on installing this thing. Definitely need to make installation user friendly. Very outdated approach to the mechanics, it’s 2025.
