Kwalitatief goede kooi, maar wel erg klein. Leuk voor jonge en/of kleine ratten, maar te klein voor mijn fretje helaas

The Vevor 4-tier small animal cage is good for the price. I bought it since it was the most comparable to the Midwest Critter Nation (which I love), but also had another access door on the side. The size is as described. The metal was not as heavy or strong as I was hoping for, but still gets the job done. It wasn't too difficult to assemble, but I definitely needed another set of hands to actually put it together. The latch on one of the doors doesn't work correctly, but I can still use it without any difficulty so I just deal with that flaw. I did not contact customer service since I can still use the cage without any other concerns or issue. I've been using it for a few weeks now and am overall satisfied. If budget were not an issue I wouldn't purchase this again since I do prefer the other cage that I have, BUT that said, this cage is still a good, budget friendly alternative that if I needed I would buy again.

Very easy to assemble, also sturdy. If you’re putting a lot of metal hangings in the cage the wires may warp a bit since they’re thin. But hammocks and fabric hanging are fine. Give it a good wash before putting your pets in, there is a orange stain that comes off the metal continuously

Ik heb deze kooi gekocht voor mijn ratten. Binnen een maand hebben zij een heel groot gat in de bodem geknaagd, omdat deze van plastic is. De kooi is hierom niet geschikt voor knagers.

Colis reçu très abîmer, carton abîmer de tout les coter... On a monter la cage elle et abîmer , les 2 porte sur le coter ne se ferme pas. Des barreaux sont tordu. IMPOSSIBLE DE FERMER LES 2 PORTER, très déçu , payer a se prix la ses honteux Comment qu'on fais vous me rembourser, je la renvoi. Vous m'en renvoyer une autre .

This cage is a good midrange price point option for beginner rat owners, but has its quirks & downsides. Overall, I would recommend this as a decent product with room for improvement. My only major issue with the cage is that the bottom tray did not fit & bowed out at the back of the cage, causing it to be unusable. There were also minor damages during shipping, which caused some of the metal to warp & bend. However, the wiring is flexible & was able to be manipulated back to its original position. Some of the pieces didn’t line up correctly & took extra effort & creativity to assemble. I managed to piece it together & it is a sturdy cage, minus the few complications. Pros: The product shipped & arrived before the estimated date, which was very nice! Setup took less than 2 hours between 2 people & instructions were detailed enough to follow. It is lightweight, easy to move around & rearrange accessories. There is a considerable amount of floor space & even more vertical space than I had imagined. With the amount of floor space, this cage can house a family of smaller rodents without any problems. I could also foresee it being appropriate for 2-3 medium sized animals (ferrets, chinchillas, etc.) to be housed in the amount of usable space. Cons: Like I mentioned, the setup in the manual is straightforward, but some of the parts did not line up with each other like they are intended to. The bottom tray was deemed useless after several attempts to assemble, as it is too big to fit into the bottom of the cage. I had to makeshift a tray to place above the metal grating so that my rats won’t injure themselves. There were minor damages during shipping, causing some of the metal wiring to be warped. The metal itself is flexible enough to manipulate back into its proper position, though. Since I live in a more remote area, I expected this to happen sooner or later with a large package. The manufacturer could have done a better job to ensure that the grating would not become warped in the process of shipping due to negligent placing of different parts inside of the package. Though the bars were easy to manipulate back to their original position, that wouldn’t have happened if the metal was strong enough to support the weight it says it does. I do not believe the product materials align with what is advertised, as iron does not give way as easy.
