Me*** DON’T SHIP PRODUCT KNOWN TO BE DEFECTIVE VEVOR!
The awning kit was missing part #’s 17, 18 and 19 - screw bags a, b and c. There is no hardware so we can’t have the awning installed. Box is at the contractors waiting to receive the missing parts but now VEVOR is demanding we prove the parts are missing. Excuse me? How do I prove a negative? I expected better from Vevor customer service. The contractor disposed of the shipping box so of course, despite my purchase from Vevor directly, which they shipped, they claim they need photos of their shipping label in order to assist. As they printed the shipping label, they have a copy on file. WHAT A SCAM! $1,000 down the drain, and a forced fraud claim with the credit card company. BEWARE VEVOR PURCHASES WITHOUT FORCED INSURANCE! Buy our insurance or receive defective product? Is that Vevor’s new customer service policy? Oh wait, I did purchase the coercive shipping insurance!

Tedi Cvitkovic Terrible installation directions and won't angle for water run off.
Directions for installation are NON-EXISTENT! Just pics and common sense things but no dimensions or details on how high above the roller the awning should be attached to the RV and where to drill holes. You literally have to fully build it on the ground before assembly to fidure where the holes are supposed to be. So stupid!.Better get ready to do ALOT of googling to figure out how to install this awning. Also, it doesn't angle to let water run off so it puddles up and holds water until you get a major waterfall. In & out function works fine, but bad directions and not being able to angle for water run off is terrible. if you pull down on the arm, it just brings the canopy in closer but doesn't allow you to lower it for water. Terrible design

Assembly instructions were horrible. Found some pinholes in the fabric after installation, addressed problem quickly, and sent a replacement. Still had to pay someone 400 for installation of the new fabric

Everything was fantastic until we had the awning up and extended. Then we noticed two 3 inch slits in the fabric. I have already contacted customer service. If I hear anything back, I will update my review.

Received item and was damaged and missing parts..A month and still no resolve..Had high hopes for this company especially since i buy so many products.I see a chargeback in order.
