The box is well built and it's really a good design. I really like the cooling fan and the ventilation. However, there are a few flaws to this design. First of all, if this is an outdoor enclosure, it should be bug proof 100%. Yes, there is mesh for the side vents on the inside of the enclosure, but then there is a big gaping hole at the bottom of each vent for flies and other bugs to go live in there. Over time bugs going in there to live and make nests and all that we'll plug up the mesh screen. So there should be a mesh screen at the bottom of each vent where the big gaping hole is for air to flow through as well as one on the inside of the enclosure. And same with at the top where the fan vents out. There's little slotted holes for the air to go out of the enclosure from the fan. And there is a mesh screen between the fan and this little opening where the air blows into. But again flies and all kinds of other little bugs are going to go live inside of there. So where the little slotted holes are there needs to be a mesh screen covering that as well. So no bugs can go live anywhere in this enclosure. Also there are pre-drilled holes for mounting hardware. There's two at the top of the enclosure and two at the bottom. The metal insert that comes with the enclosure is too close to the bottom holes for the supplied nuts and bolts that come with this kit. The nuts that come with it are huge and the holes on the bottom are too close to the insert for these knots to even have space to spin and tighten on. Let alone get a socket bit on there. The top holes are okay. I was able to get the socket on there. But I had to use smaller nuts and bolts for the bottom holes. It would just make sense if the

Non standard 30mm holes are a bit annoying, build seems decent for price. Shelf a bit flimsy for my use case but box overall is quiet heavy. See how it stands up over time. Freight was biggest hassle with 2 x 3rd party carriers getting involved before I got it over a week late :/

I would prefer a different lock/latch but overall it is a good panel.

Cette armoire électrique est correspond à mes attentes, acceptée par EDF ENERDIS pour ses dimensions et son fond métallique, elle dispose d'une fermeture par clé. C'est la qu'est le problème, les clés sont en plastique chromé, et l'armoire peut être ouverte sans la clé par quelqu'un d'un peu débrouillard.

Overall I’m happy with it. I’m glad I went with the 20” height. I was going to to the 16” initially as my EA Charger is spec’d a bit below that. However I honestly doubt I would have been able to make anything less than this height work. I just needed that room to work and secure the nuts. I did have to modify it a bit. I took a circular hole drill-bit to cut a half circle into the bottom rectangular opening. I did this to get the plug and cord through. I decided this much easier than opening up my charger and disconnecting everything to pull the plugs out that way. Then I would have had to reconnect it all while in the box…. No thx. Anyways all said and done, I’m very happy with it. I love the look and everything. The only down vote I give that prevented it from getting a 5 star review is the lock that comes with this box…. The “key” is a joke. No key is really even needed. You can turn this lock with almost anything small and flat. I used a car key to see if it would open it. A flathead screwdriver would work…. So I don’t think this qualifies by any stretch of the imagination to be called a Lock. So now I’m looking on Amazon for a Cam Lock. However I’m hoping Vevor Customer Service can team me the exact size. I asked under “Questions & Answers” but they responded basically saying to replace the guts of the lock with a key’d part…. That sends like much more with then ordering a whole new Cam Lock…. Anyways. That is my only real complaint. Other than that I love it. It feels really sturdy and seems to be really well made and of high qualify. I didn’t love the price… but you know, You Gotta Pay To Play. I’ll attach some pics. It’s not done. The plug situation is a mess. The Electrify American plug to the wall is beyond short. So I’m going to have to move some things around to make it all hang pretty. Will post updated pics soon.

Awesome enclosure. Tough as nails. Just wish I could have gotten an optional bottom plate with various openings.
