I received the ordered product, the delivery was relatively fast. The ozone generator came with the screen protector glass peeled off (probably due to heat), it is not normal! The remote control does not work and the response from Vevor is slow ..... the only satisfaction is that the device still works! The first Vevor product that I am disappointed with!

There are 3 buttons on the upgraded version touch panel. Of course the room sanitize button does not work but the others do. Took it apart and seems to have a bad ribbon cable. Got it to turn on once and back to not working. Remote never worked

Did not come in the mail 2nd time ordering and it did not show up………….. don’t know what else to do .

Product arrived broken with no damage to the box from shipping. Parts rattling around inside. Still waiting for a resolution from Vevor. Photos/videos have been submitted per their request with still no resolution. Time to apply a charge back

After 45 minutes of using the machinery is not producine ozone anymore , only the fan is working now, i do not reccomand.

I bought an ozone generator and received it back in January 2026. Shipping was fast. The item itself worked very well - one time. It´s not even 6 months old and not working anymore. The fan is running but ozone is not produced. Proposal from Vevor is a discount of 4,50€. I don´t even know what to say. Their "customerservice" is a joke. They send several mails with different requests in order to slow down everything and probably hope you give up. I informed them that I will of course not accept a discount. I want a new item that is working and asked for a return label to send the defective item back. Now I´m not getting a respond anymore. So this was my first and last purchase with the chinese company Vevor. Yes, they have some cool products and the prices are good. But pray, that the item will last, because there is NO guarantee (despite their guidelines) and NO service towards the customers. They have your money and don´t give a damn about you.

Will not power up in order to work. Yes it is plugged in with power on and timer set. Sta4ted for a few seconds then died. I have had plenty of good Vevor products in the past but this one is not good at all.

Received it never got a refund reached out to the company several times, but nobody ever got back to me. It’s stuck somewhere in Customs but I never received it. I wish they could take care of this item for me or send me a new one out would be great.

Purtroppo usato poco poiché dopo 3 utilizzi non produce più ozono.
