Worked decent not as good as a different brand and style that I had but it worked. I used it like 10 times. I noticed the smell the bulb gives off was getting less and less strong. Now the bulb is out

I received the ordered product, the delivery was relatively fast. The ozone generator came with the screen protector glass peeled off (probably due to heat), it is not normal! The remote control does not work and the response from Vevor is slow ..... the only satisfaction is that the device still works! The first Vevor product that I am disappointed with!

The 36000 Ozone Machine worked great for one timer cycle. When I disconnected and moved to a new location the Ozone would not activate only the fan would run. Contacted Vevor and after a few emails back and forth they fully refunded the order.

There are 3 buttons on the upgraded version touch panel. Of course the room sanitize button does not work but the others do. Took it apart and seems to have a bad ribbon cable. Got it to turn on once and back to not working. Remote never worked

Did not come in the mail 2nd time ordering and it did not show up………….. don’t know what else to do .

Product arrived broken with no damage to the box from shipping. Parts rattling around inside. Still waiting for a resolution from Vevor. Photos/videos have been submitted per their request with still no resolution. Time to apply a charge back

The item is "good enough/does what it's supposed to", at an advantageous price! User manual must be available for download!? As VEVOR is not VOEC registered; - VEVOR's handling of VAT, postage and customs to EEA countries is somewhat clumsy. Especially when the goods are sold with free shipping and VAT included.

The little machine works well. But either the power cord or the port it plugs in to is faulty on my unit. You have to jiggle the cord to get the machine to work. Then it will often shut off when placing the machine and you have to jiggle the cord again to make it run. But once I get it running it works very well. I should have returned it but since I can get to work by jiggling the power cord I decided to keep it.
