Another product I waited for and never received!!!!

The left paper stabilizer was missing upon delivery. Asking vector Chinese stooges for a replacement part or a link to buy a new one fell on deaf slanted ears. They don’t want to listen. I want to buy the part not return the item, pay for shipping. They’ve stalled for 30 days.

I purchased this because it was advertised as a heavy-duty paper cutter capable of cutting large stacks of paper. However, from the first time I attempted to use it, I noticed issues that made it unsuitable for my needs. The biggest problem is that the blade does not make a clean slicing cut. Instead, it pushes the paper forward as it cuts, causing the pages to lift, bend, and wrinkle. This happens even when cutting only a small number of sheets of 100gsm paper, nowhere near the advertised cutting capacity. There is also a measurement issue with the cutting guide. The printed grid does not line up in an intuitive way with the actual cutting position, as there is a gap between the ruler markings and where the blade cuts. This makes accurate measuring difficult and requires trial and error to work out the true cutting position. I have now tried to resolve these issues three separate times over the past year. When I first discovered the problem, I contacted VEVOR to request a return/refund, but the support I received was not helpful and the issue was not resolved. For a product marketed as a professional heavy-duty guillotine, I expected accurate measurements and a clean cut. Unfortunately, mine has never performed as expected and I cannot use it for the purpose I purchased it for.

This is an ok papercutter. However, I think it is made cheaply, and some of the features are more annoying and "in the way" than useful. Firstly, the papercutter is too lightweight; it moves around when cutting. Secondly, the features such as the alignment ruler and the paper clamp are not very user-friendly and are simply annoying. Who's gonna use the alignment ruler for every single cut? It's tedious and a waste of time. The paper clamp reduces visibility and makes it tough to see what you are doing. The clamp also goes crooked and moves the paper. Thirdly, the blade is warped (I assume to cut properly), but it is actually tough to consistently cut straight. That is my opinion. The company also refused to return or refund this item.

The cutter is unusable. Magnetic registration is not working at all. Shifting easy. Build quality is extremely bad Impossible to cut 90 degrees corners. Not recommended to buy!

Not working properly after just 2 uses. It now pulls the stacks of paper inward puckering it against the metal board and it is leaving a .25 inch chunk eaten out of my chipboard that falls in the path of where the blade comes out. It is not a quality cutter if it doesn't work after 2 uses. I submitted a help ticket and it has now been 3 plus days with no solutions to the problem, requesting a refund. I would love to buy a stack cutter that actually works.

Bom dia, A guilhotina não tem um corte uniforme, quando se colocam mais de 10 folhas, apenas corta nas laterais, com 1 ou 2 folhas nem corta :( Gostaria de saber se podem resolver o problema ou se podem substituir por uma que corte. Obrigado, José Simões

I don’t suggest getting bone of these products , the handle /cutter was all warped/ twisted and you can not cut straight, all the alignment is off and not worth the time and effort! Theblade it’s self isn’t sharp Don’t bother

This item was very heavy and solid, but did not cut straight nor did it cut any paper cleanly. I returned the item, after a horrendous experience with customer service. There were many, many delays and ultimately had to get Paypal involved to get a refund, even after the packaged was returned and received. Vevor gave me quite the run-around. I do not recommend purchasing anything from Vevor. Save yourself a big headache!
