Absolute garbage. See picture below. The slightest weight added and the welds break and the “steal” bends. Horrible product and customer service is junk, won’t return because I’m past the return period. I order in June 25th.

While putting up the frame the "welds" ,which look like they were nothing more than superficial, let go and caused one of the 6x6 to fall. There was zero penetration on the welds. This was poorly made and dangerous. Proper welding would not have costed more, this is plainly a quality control problem with this manufacturer.

Le produit en lui même ça va rapport/prix, qualité moyenne, gros défaut les vises avec tête boulon de 5mm sont livré doré alors que sur d’autre site où j’ai commandé elle sont livrés en noir, j’ai dus acheter 400 caches noir en plastique !!!

The brackets were in good condition. the screws that come with the kit arent very goord structural screws and I ended up using 3" deck screws instead which had much more bite. I had ordered the pergola kits along with another pergola kit thinking I could build an extended pergola, but upon opening the boxes once they arrived to build the product I learned after the fact that the pergola kit and the other pergola kit both use different pitch angles for the upper rafter wood. So I had to fabricate the additional brackets to use the matching angle pitch that the main pergola kits comes with. Also the pergola kits top brackets dont match they arent a mirror of itself its a clone which means the cradle for the 4x4 across the top dont align properly. I have to also fabricate a fix which involved using a cutting wheel to cut the bracket iff and had to reweld it onto the main top rafter bracket

Definitely waste of money brackets to weak the quality the worst to be honest I don’t return the items because I don’t want to waste my time with the vendor and I put it up in the afternoon and guess what in the morning the were broke I had to reenforce with 2x6s just because I don’t have the time to take down and send back now I have to add a roof and waste more money to make safe and secure definitely worse items I ever bought pictures will prove it

La boîte est arrivée en très mauvais état. Pourquoi ne pas utiliser un emballage plus robuste pour le transport ? Le sac de vis s’est ouvert durant la livraison, ce qui a égratigné la majorité des supports, et deux pièces sont arrivées bossées.

3 out of the 8 brackets split at the weld seems upon assembly, multiple seems were only welded half the way or less. Once the full weight of the beams were put on the brackets the welds got worse, and the system became very wobbly and i had to purchase more angle brace to keep the system together. Great idea but poor execution

Definitely not made for 6x6 wood post and not recommended it not worthy to buy it at least you want to waste your money
