I would not recommend this purchase. The base scale was shipped but the readout and cord was not. Instead of simply shipping the missing components the company required documentation and pictures of the shipping box, pictures of the model/SN, and pictures of the missing components. I'm still trying to get this resolved and its been over a month since the original order. Very unhappy about customer service throughout this process. All of this information was available to the company based on the original order number. Why they are creating all of this extra work for me is a sure sign of bad service.

I’m receiving the product the very next day opened it up and set it all up. Get an H on the screen to plug it in on a scale -40 have no idea how to reset it look it up contact support hours into this. Tell me how to reset and reset go back through again hours. Later I finally give up same results contact customer support. I keep in mind the extended warranty as well however, customer support mirror or fire or whatever email still result for a piece of garbage smelling Customer support can’t help me through email live support so I asked for a refund, but they gotta look at their support team and have them help me be is a joke. Their product is a joke. Their customer supported a joke and I bought it from them before not had a problem, but I seem to have a problem is trash. Their support is trash garbage I won’t buy from them again and if I do, I won’t be directly through them that’s for sure.

BUYER BEWARE!! They say they will give you a full refund within 30 days of purchase, but it's very deceptive. When you say you don't want it or need it anymore, they only refund a small portion of the total purchase price. It needs to be damaged, otherwise you don't get a full refund. Will never buy from them again, nor would I recommend them.

Reached out to support, tried all items suggested. Scale is still off by 20lbs. Never added batteries, but went to test with batteries and did not work. Customer support said battery corrosion, not sure how it could corrode with no batteries added. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Scale never worked accurately. Had a brand new bottle of refrigerant on it that weigh 13.6kg and scale would only read 6.72kg. When just brought the concern up was just brushed off that I wasn't using it correctly. Would not advise buying.
