The cover was delivered on time. It was well boxed. Due to the exceptionally snowy and harsh winter in Barrie,ON I have not been able to fully inspect or install the cover so my ratings are only based upon a brief glance of the contents in the box. Hence 4 stars. It should be a great visual and protective improvement to my current snap in winter cover which failed due to shrinkage in only 3 years. Se ve de buen calidad, pero en mi caso me sobran unos centímetros por cada lado, lo que me ha obligado a poner unas estacas de hierro en la tierra de l perímetro de la piscina, esta medida era la mas cercana a la necesidad de la piscina, los tacos de laton que se incluyen tambien son robustos aunque solo pude usar un par porque las medidas de la cubierta no me Permitian ponerlos en la piedra de coronacion, la broca necesaria es de 1/2 pulgada, nada facil encontrar esta medida porque aquí usamos mm.

Selected a winter pool cover for my house in Greece, and had the item shipped to the destination. Unfortunately, it was slightly too small (my fault), so I had to contact customer services to resolve the problem. Over the course of 3 - 4 prompt e-mail responses, the whole issue was sorted out to my complete satisfaction. The people involved were courteous, professional, and most helpful. Today I installed the cover over the pool and found a small production fault ( see 2 photos attached).

I dont know who needs to know this but the actual measurement is 18x42, and yes I bought the 16x40, so I would assume that the other sizes are sized accordingly. Some of the sizes have the size of the pool, then the size of cover you should buy for it. This one did not, so I was a bit worried that it wouldnt be big enough. Really needed the one with stairs extension but for the price and coverage i'm not going to worry about it! Wish it came with some kind of excess strap keeper, I may just use zip ties. Already have 11 leaves that didnt go in the pool! I really took my time and made sure my layout was square with the pool, and it payed off I think it looks great, the anchors seem to be of reasonable quality. FYI the drill bit size is 3/4 for your masonry bit if going into concrete like I did.

First, the picture is deceiving; the stair section is actually where it’s supposed to be; in the middle. I missed the fact that no ground stakes are included; I do not have a concrete deck around my pool, but the supplied fasteners appear to be of decent quality. Otherwise, the spring clips and straps are exactly the same as the original cover, and they work with my ground stakes. Although the cover seems just a bit thinner, it is also a finer mesh and rain water seems to pool up faster; seep in more slowly. I have large inner tubes under the cover to prevent “water-logged sinking” - probably not a concern for those with the tighter, concrete anchored fastners. I was surprised to discover there is no storage bag, but the old one will work. One of the plastic strips on the underside, protection for cover to pool coping contact, was not completely stitched, but it seems ok. We’ll see how the cover survives a Vermont winter and re-asses in the spring.

Been wanting a safety cover for years, conned my husband into doing one. After reading directions, watching several videos and borrowing a hammer drill with 3/4 bit, we started. Placing the cover where we needed, because it was not custom fit, was tricky. Decided to place ropes running from end to end and side to side, connected to fence posts, then laid cover on top, which held it up from the water and we could maneuver the cover in place. Drill worked great and had it done in no time. Our only problem was we were missing one anchor bolt and it took 3-4 weeks, came from China, to arrived. Company made it right and gave us a slight refund, which was generous. Time will tell how it holds up under upstate New York winter!🤞

Volevo restituire i prodotto perchè avevo sbagliato la valutazione per la copertura della piscina, pensavo fosse più facile l'istallazione, ma non si poteva restituire gratuitamente se non ad un costo esagerato, mi hanno fatto uno sconto e l'ho tenuto senza poterlo usare .
