Faulty product. Will not stay uprite - safety hazard. Hit the person helping me on the head causing an injury. Vevor refused to collect the product. Vevor requested to “just throw it in the trash” Informed this isn’t possible due to the size / weight of the product. Pathetic customer services

I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone it is very cheaply made, Velcro tore off in low winds making the walling no good.

The canopy doesn’t stay up on its own. Usually they have a lock so it doesn’t fold back down. I had to use a ratchet strap to keep it upright. You get what you pay for.

The product images say its waterproof and that is not the case. Purchased to use at events as I am a vendor. It started raining and within minutes water was coming in from the top and ruined some of my products. Have never had a bad experience with Vevor products until now. Frame was good quality and easy to setup on my own. Very disappointed with the cover. On top of the products that were damaged will have to spend more money to purchase another cover for the frame.

When I first opened the canopy there was a large defect(rip/tear 18inches) possibly compromising the waterproof capability. I haven’t used it yet so fingers crossed it is only a cosmetic issue and not affecting the waterproof ability. I reached out for a refund/replacement and they responded very quickly and offered me a partial refund which I accepted.

I needed a cheap tent quickly and that's what I got. It works, but the canopy doesn't lock into place . If it rains it folds in on itself. The fabric is incredibly thin and will probably not last for very long. I am still happy to have it, it just needs some modifications.

I hav not opened this one yet but I can only assume it's the same as the other peice of junk I got from this site

The windows on the sides were upside down; the arches are at the ground with the attachment loops are on the opposite end. Several of the velcro attachment loops have already pulled from the panels. The grounding stakes are very flimsy and small. I guess this is to be expected for $100. I notified customer service and they offered me $33 credit fior the defects. Would prefer new panels since it looks ridiculous

The design of this tent is odd. Maybe I missed something, but there doesn't seem to be a good place to secure the top. I figured out that the little hooks will hook onto the bottom of the legs, but not at the lowest or highest settings. Plus, the tent is then sitting on the hooks rather than the leg feet. Also, I was hoping it would be a one-person set up with the push up deal in the middle, but it is so stiff (not necessarily a bad thing) it takes two people to pull it open.
