I’m really disappointed with this one, especially because we own other VEVOR products that have been great. The frame itself is solid and seems well made, but the panels and covers are very flimsy and look nothing like the pictures. Ours has large gaps and does not fit snugly or look polished when set up. To make matters worse, one of the Velcro ties ripped off in a very gentle wind during setup. That should not happen right out of the box. I bought this with the intention of possibly renting it out, but there is no way I would feel comfortable doing that now. Great frame, but the fabric and overall finish are a big letdown.

Would not recommend buying this if you want to use it more than once. All the attatchment points frayed and busted in light wind. Terrible quality for the money.

I would love to leave a review but the canopy got lost in shipping and i never received it. I was so looking forward to using this canopy at my next competition but unfortunately I had to purchase a different brand that I’m not satisfied with.

Whatever you do do not order anything from Vivan their customer service is lousy. They don’t respond to claims there is no telephone number. It’s fraud. It’s a waste. It’s a scam. Do not order anything from VV. It’s a waste of time. Their product sucks unprofessional customer service I will report this bad reviews online everywhere I can find I filed a claim and I still haven’t got a response back four days later business days later so right now you or I’m gonna go online And every kind review I find about your company would be a negativity. I will warn everybody out there to not buy your product because if they do, you can’t return it for whatever reason because their customer service is unresponsive, horrible company to deal with absolutely disgraced embarrassment to the consumer to the average consumer of management needs to get a hold of me. Send me an email. They have my information but I advise anybody out there that do not buy this product. You cannot return nothing they stall it install it install it until the times up and they give you a hard time. Do not buy this product. Save yourself buy another product somewhere else but don’t buy from VR.

This tent is supposed to be fire rated there is no tag on the canopy so I cannot use it for food vending. I tried to return it they would not return it but offered me a $35 credit which I am still waiting for after 3 weeks. I have notified them three or four times about this. I now have to try to sell this to make my money back. Plus I had no idea there would be writing on the canopy advertising vevor tools. I could have overlooked the writing on the canopy and pointed it away from my customers but the fact that it is not tagged with a fire rating is too risky. Customer service was not very friendly or forthcoming to help me return the item for full payment.
