Purchased and delivered before a frigid May Long Weekend. Daughter and I set it up at home to make sure we knew what we were doing. Its quick and easy after one set up. We 5ft tall ladies needed a pole to push up the center, average height hubby had no problem when we set up at camp. We fit 10 people in it with room to move in the centre for the one cool windy afternoon. It felt considerable warmer inside that outside, the light coloured roof kept it nice and bright, and it certainly absorbed heat when the sun came out. It certainly provided comfortable space for 3 generations on a chilly day. Looking forward to setting it up for playing cards when camping in the warmer days of summer.

While the product eventually worked for me and my family, upon following the setup instructions, one of the panels support structure was put in wrong and the panel could not be expanded. While removing that pop-up structure one of the poles punched two holes in the screen mesh. After putting the pop-up pole structure in the correct position, the structure performed as advertised. I did have to repair the two holes in the screen mesh. Please ensure your quality control checks and quality production standards are in place.

Les coutures semblent faibles, beaucoup de petits fils qui ressortent, on doit les couper … L’entrée pourrait être un eu plus haute et les attaches de la porte moustiquaire mieux faites. Mais supporte très bien les gros orages et la pluie intense. Très facile à monter. Résiste bien aux grands vents si vous prenez le temps de bien installer les cordes guidés. Bon rapport qualité/prix, c’est la première saison, pour l’instant très satisfaisante

While the gazebo appears to be of decent quality, the Velcro attatchments are not the best quality. The air vents are quite small, compared to our Clam & our Gazelle. The worst part is the assembly /disassembly of the "roof". Not terrible, but not great.

I really love this shelter but it did not last. I used it 2 times in one year and the roof started to leak. I only used it once in the rain. The thing that I am most upset about is the treatment I received from the company when I contacted them about the pin holes in the roof. I ordered it on June 7th, 2025 and I contacted them on July 4th, 2026. I use once during the summer in 2025 and once in 2026. It was stored in its original bag. We and my husband are both retired and we gave never had small kids or pets inside the shelter. It should never have leak. For the price we paid for it, I am very disappointed, especially after I raved about it to my family and friends and now I have to tell them that I was completely wrong about this shelter and about this company.

Probleme lors de la 1e utilisation, pas capable de monter l'abri. Abandonner apres 45 minutes. Le lendemain je me suis rendu compte qu'un des 5 X des cotés était monter a l'envers, impossible de tirer dessus pour le sortir. Apres manipulation pour remettre le X en tige fibre de verre a l'endroit j'ai réussi assez facilement a monte l'abri. Rien brisé...

Great idea. But the quality is very disappointing. Single seams. The Vaycro is poorly attached and will most likely start to come off soon.

Order 6of April and still haven’t got delivery.

This tent is a piece of junk. It had not stayed intact since the first day. I have used all tools provided to keep tent in place, along with hurricane straps and bricks. It just keeps moving, collapsing and ripping!!!!! Customer service at VEVOR is ridiculous!
