Mine is Not working. It acts like the battery is not attached. It looks like it is working when it is plugged in. It shuts down as soon as I unplug it. The power buttons do nothing without it plugged into the wall.

Apparently, the influencers get the working models, and the rest of us get expensive paperweights! Purchased this VEVOR solar power bank expecting a reliable backup power source, especially for emergencies. Instead, I received a unit that can’t even function without being plugged into the wall. Kind of defeats the entire purpose of a PORTABLE power station, doesn’t it? After an entire day connected to solar panels in full sunlight, the unit still wouldn’t operate independently. It makes a constant clicking noise when connected to solar, the display won’t turn on, and the power button does absolutely nothing. Plug it into the wall, and suddenly it comes to life. Unplug it, and it’s back to being a very expensive decoration. Meanwhile, influencers are showing off these amazing units that supposedly work flawlessly. Makes you wonder whether regular paying customers are receiving the same quality products. BUYER BEWARE! Don’t let the glowing promotional videos convince you that you’re getting a dependable emergency power source. When you’re buying something to keep your family prepared during a power outage, reliability isn’t optional. I paid for a portable power station, not a wall-powered digital display with trust issues. Extremely disappointed. Save your money and do your research before purchasing! Now in the long process of returning. I was going to exchange it, but with all the same issues that everyone is reporting SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

The product was defective from the time I received it. It only operates while connected to external power. The inverter does not function when external power is removed. I opened a support ticket on September 8 and was told I would receive a response within 48 hours. Instead, the process dragged on with the repeated apologies, request for more time, and continued attempts to troubleshoot the product. I repeatedly requested a return and prepaid shipping label. After numerous emails and significant delays. VEVOR finally agreed to arrange a return pick up. Now they are requiring me to provide my address and contact information again, even though they delivered the product to me, and requiring to pick up to be scheduled at least one week after their latest email. I ultimately initiated a dispute with my credit card company because of how difficult VEVOR made it to return a defective product. Products can fail. My issue is how VEVOR handled the warranty claim it should not take this many emails and this much time simply to return a product that was defective when received. I would be very cautious when purchasing from VEVOR , especially higher priced items where you may need warranty support. In my experience, the warranty process has been unnecessarily drawn out with repeated delays instead of simply accepting the return of a defective product.

order was incomplete... only got one solar panel and customer service is just transferring me around to different departments instead of sending me my second panel. I received a damaged item due to a delivery issue. Customer service helped me and gave me a full refund. I wouldn't hesitate to order this item again, knowing that Vevor honors its return and refund policy. J'ai reçu un article endommagé suite à un problème de livraison.
