Was a pile of junk, pulled like 400 times and would not start, readjusted carburetor, fired up first pull, Ran awesome for about 2 minutes and then blew up, took 2 weeks to resolve the issue by having Vevor just refund my money. There products are usually awesome, just the customer support and warranty are a joke.

The auger never worked straight out of the box. Put it together added gas and never would run. Troubleshot it and found that it had not "fire". Tried to communicate with Vevor about the issue. Pure waste of time. The refund/complaint form is setup in a manner that requires pictures, and the necessary write up. It will only accept pictures in a specific format. I was never able to send the request because of this. So I'm stuck with a $160 paper weight. Beyond frustrated and disappointed!

After I got it running while I have it on full throttle the auger is either barely turning or not turning at all..I just used it the one time..

Bought the earth auger to put in supports for garden timbers. Filled with fresh ethanol-free gas with the proper gas/oil mixture. It started twice and dug one hole. Then would not start again. Very frustrating and disappointing product. Had to go to Home Depot and buy one. Purchased a champion earth auger. It worked great. Tried to get help from VEVOR - nothing but a run around. And 2 videos in a foreign language. Sold not recommend this product.

Worked good for the first 12 holes.Then I used it again and I kept losing power or it just died.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This thing is absolutely worthless! It starts fine, barely idles & only runs at full throttle which is barely enough speed to turn the auger when it isn’t in the ground actually getting it to make a hole is a complete joke. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with a VEVOR product and it’s definitely left me with a bad attitude about their gas powered products. I’ll be taking it to a top quality small engine mechanic that I know & hopefully he can get it to run right. Do t buy this trash, go buy a better quality unit somewhere else.

I never got this package

Been trying to get a refund. Customer service is only live chat that messages you at 2am in the morning. I've got 2 replies telling me to watch a video on how to start it.... we all know how to start the machines, they're all the same. Put in fuel, turn on switch, prime it, choke it, pull the cord.... Just get me my refund for Christ sakes. IT DOESNT START!!!

Bought brand new, arrived looked good, assembled and would not crank, spent hours trying to crank. Called customer service mulitiple times and got the same old answer, would 24-72 hours respond with a solution, no call back! Immediately requested to return per their policy, wasted 3 weeks going back and forth with emails and nothing! They requested I send the a video if digger not cranking, I did! No refund just more crap emails. Finally send an email to me taiking how troublesome a refund would and how mush hassel it would bee . They offered me $37 for a refund and I keep the digger, out of frustation I took it, still don't crank. Went to Harbofreight bout another gas hoe digger and it worked on the second crank, 1000x better than the crap these people are peddling. DONT BUY FROM VEVOR! DO YOUR RESEARCH/.

Small and practical but very hard to start I have had it for months and it has always been a pain to start
