I have been using different auger for over 20 years (Toro). This one was an impulse purchase due to price and we needed one more to finish the project quicker. The Vevor auger is absolutely horrible and unsafe!!! The throttle lever is pretty much open full force on the start up and the drill bit starts spinning immediately when you will crank the machine. The drill bit cut deep chunk into my shin exposing my bone as soon as I started it and the machine was spinning full throttle everywhere on the ground. Again, be aware!!! Throttle doesn't work, the machine might spin full force as soon as you will crank it. Extremely unsafe. You can't control speed with the lever. It goes 100% without pressing on the throttle. Unsafe pretty much life threatening junk!!!!

The Auger may actually be pretty good. If you're ordering it, I hope you get it. I DID NOT. I received two outside light assemblies and when I contacted VEVOR, they refused to take it back asking for pictures after I sent three that showed the box label that showed what it was, the shipping label which matched theirs, and another that had information directly on the box. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company because VEVOR refuses to make this right. I wanted to return the item and get the one I ordered and they're stuck in some sort of loop asking me to peel the shipping label back to they can see the part number which is actually visible behind the shipping label. Flip the picture upside down and zoom and THERE IT IS. I will not do business with this company again. Maybe you'll get yours, maybe you'll get something totally different. Poor customer service.

Couldn't get it started out of the box. Took to a small engine mechanic and he found a crack in the manifold. I had to order another online and waiting to see if it will start.

Item arrived defective with a bad starter. Support told me they would send a new starter and then I had to install it myself. Then this starter got 'lost in transit' and instead they told me to just go to a hardware store and buy a new starter and install it myself. I've bought many things from Vevor, but this was just a really bad experience. I wouldn't recommend buying small engines from them as they clearly don't stand behind their product and just punt any of the cost and burden on repairing the defective units they sent you on yourself.

Broke first time used can’t get in touch with anyone at vevor

The auger didn't work out of the box. Instead of giving me a refund, tech support made me jump through hoops and then closed the ticket unresolved. I won't buy feom Vevor ever again.

This device is garbage. It came and the choke and throttle were backwards. If you started it, it revved to max and was extremely dangerous to hold as the auger was immediately full spin. I tried to work a trouble ticket to resolve but it was just closed and never resolved. DO NOT BUY!!!

1st...Customer Service has been a joke. So much for easy returns and refunds! 2nd...Sent pictures of it falling apart. Videos of it unable to spin in basic dirt. 48 hrs to review. The response" "tighten the screws"! I respond 'are you joking' and now a technician needs to review my response. It was a good price, but save your money. Go to Harbor Freight and pay $30 more (I already did) ...it breaks, take it back. At this point I am 10 day in and give up. I'll never buy anything from Vevor that requires gasoline or electricity again.

I purchased this item but was never able to attach it because it arrived defective. Customer service has been very slow to respond and keeps saying they will get back to me. I’m a top-level customer who has purchased multiple items from your company, but I’m considering stopping future purchases if this issue isn’t resolved promptly.

This product is bad item to buy.
