Am pleasantly surprised with this wheel. Thought for the cost there was no way it would feel and react like the wheels I use at the studio. Performs better then expected. Wanted a home wheel I could use when I couldn't get to class and this wheel fits the bill and at a great cost. The pedal is sensitive to pressure and the speed is maintained well over time. Have thrown up to 5 pounds of clay and not had any issues. Splash pan comes apart super easy and clean up is a breeze. The hardest thing was drilling in the holes for the bat pins. So far very happy with this purchase!

This wheel replaced a high end wheel that had died from old age. I needed a wheel fast and for the price, I really had nothing to lose. Surprize! It works quite well. It does not behave like it is cheap. The only thing missing is that the bolts to hold batts are not on the wheel. I will eventually drill the holes and install them. At the price of this wheel, it is worth the money just to have on hand in case your really expensive wheel suddently dies at a critical time,

Work well and sturdy only concern with dripping water along the edge.

Wonderful wheel, handles any clay under 5lbs. After 5lbs it will rock a good bit. As is a very light wheel. I will be securing it to the ground with brackets and it will fix my only complaint. There was a few dings and scratches on the motor and on the body from shipping. Not enough to complain about though.

I really like my new Vevor wheel. I had planned to spend more on a larger, more professional wheel, but for space reasons I decided to try this one, and I have no regrets. I'm honestly in love with it. It works really well and the quality is surprisingly very good. I would definitely buy it again in the future, and honestly I'd be happy to stick with this one. Thank you, Vevor, for making pottery more affordable compared to other companies.

It's a very good wheel to take outside in the summer. Good quality at an even better price.

Excellent value for money. Improvements which could be added are: pedal design: anti slip under, better mounting for the two parts. Tend to be warped if pressing down a tad hard, better resolution on potensiometer. Too sensitive. The other improvement can be screen placement. Can easily be prone to water spillage which can seep in. Recommend a layer of silicone around to protect. Otherwise very happy.

Tornio GCJX-019, 35cm, 450w di potenza Ho scelto questo tornio dopo aver fatto una ricerca accurata su vari canali (youtube, reddit, recensioni, ecc) e in base alla mia esperienza personale da principiante ceramista. I punti forti di questo tornio sono certamente il prezzo economico imbattibile, la silenziosità e la potenza. Uniche tre pecche: - manufatto poco qualitativo per i materiali e soprattutto l'assemblaggio (le spine ed interruttori di accensione non sono attaccati bene, sono in un posto in cui si possono bagnare e dunque molto periocoloso. perciò bisogna stare sempre attenti o escogitare un sistema per non spandere). - il pedale invece è troppo alto alla base, per cui devi tenere alzato il tallone del piede per poterlo utilizzare (fastidiosissimo quando si utilizza e quando devi fare pressione per modellare l'argilla, io personalmente non riesco a mantenere la posizione) e inoltre scivola sul pavimento (ho risolto attaccando degli adesivi di gomma). Probabilmente ordinerò un pedale professionale per sostituire questo (su youtube ci sono filmati - non di vevor - in cui viene spiegato come fare). - il piatto è in alluminio, dopo averlo usato una prima volta, già è segnato e pulendolo sporca la pezza di nero. Ho risolto utilizzando delle pezze antiscivolo apposite e lavorando su tavolette in mdf. Il resto per ora sembra funzionare bene. Per il prezzo che ho pagato (157 euro, agosto 2026) non ci si può lamentare troppo. In fin dei conti mi serve solo per esercitarmi a casa. Se il prodotto venisse migliorato su questi punti e il prezzo aumentasse anche di 100 euro, lo comprerei! Lo consiglio a tutti i principianti, stando attenti agli accorgimenti elencati qui sopra.
