It works really well just as described. My only two complaints are they made it huge and heavy so tight overhead areas can be tricky. And the case does not have a cut out for one of the dies so you have to stack it on another one which makes the case not close effortlessly.

I bought this back in August and put it through the ringer. basically, gave it to our least experienced plumber for him to use and abuse. It still works, even after 1000 presses. Battery life too. The molding is starting to peel and Im pretty sure im going to need to find someone to recalibrate it pretty soon. so far, no misfires to the tool. The trigger is still working well. Honestly was one of my concerns since it looked so cheaply made, but all is well. for it's price especially, this was well worth it.

Overall for the cost of this tool it has already paid for itself. Almost everything plumbing they make a fitting to use. I had 1 failed crimp out of 50. I believe it was more user error and a bad fitting than the tool itself. I will be looking at buying the better one later.

Works well

Tool worked great

Extremely disappointed that somehow when I was ordering I must not have been able to hit the extended warranty button good enough so I called before I even received it from FedEx or UPS I can’t remember which delivery service it was asking if I could purchase the extended warranty that same day it was getting delivered and I was told I could not purchase the extended warranty after I paid for the product, almost every company I know will allow you to purchase the Extended within at least a few days of receiving the merchandise

TOOL WORKS GREAT, A BIT HEAVY AT TIMES WHEN YOU CARRY IT OR USE IT BUT NOT THAT BAD. FOR YOUR INFORMATION ITS A GREAT TOOL TO HAVE. IT DOES EXACTLY LIKE RIDGID OR MILWAUKEE'S TOOL FOR MUCH LESS. I HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR TWO YEARS NOW AND ITS STILL DOES A GREAT JOB. THE BATTERIES LAST LONG AND THE ONLY THING ID SAY ITS NOT AS GOOD IT IS THE CASE THAT COMES WITH IT IS BY FAR NOT AS STRONG AS THE TOOL FOR SURE . OVERALL ITS A SWEET TOOL TO HAVE.

Tool has held up for the last 9 months. It is compacted, and works great for its size. I bought two and are both working nice. Would like to by the 1 1/4 head for this kit.

great product for the money so far I hope it last a good wile.

Bought this to use while my rigid is being fixed. It’s light weight and pretty small overall. The head lock feels a little cheap as does the battery/battery well. Overall a decent quality for the price. Does crimp faster than my Rigid. Have crimped maybe 10-15 fittings so far. Had two on a shower valve that didn’t seem to crimp all the way (pipe could move a little when lightly twisting on the pipe after the connection was made. Recrimped and tightened up as it should. No leaks when water was turned on. Only viega fittings were used. Haven’t had that problem again since. I would just say to check your connections after crimp before turning water back on. Still a good value I feel for the money. No idea if that problem will continue or if it was just random. Will continue to use and abuse just to test. Would probably buy again if needed.
