I ordered this weather station for my dad who's in his 80s and he absolutely loved it until it quit. Additionally I ordered an RV water heater and the screen died immediately, I was provided another one, but now every method I can find to contact you guys does not work. When I try to report a problem it will not allow me to upload the message without "MP4" file, which no one uses, and the chat is curiously blocked by the control window on my phone so impossible to contact your company via chat. I feel extremely ripped off.

I am not happy with the display. I hooked everything up and the display will only read the outside temps and rainfall. The inside temp, wind speed and barometric pressure will not register. I couldn't even get it to connect to the app. I am hoping customer service can help if not i will just have to do a warranty claim.

The tools that I have bought from Vevor have been outstanding! However I bought a weather stattion fromthem and it has been sub par. It won't connect to the internet. after 1 year a couple components on the station died. I wrote Vevor and they were sending out the parts to fix it. After several months they said they had trouble shipping and they'd like to give me $51 to order the parts myself. They never refunded my $51 and never gave me the parts to order.

I cannot recommend this product because it has no battery back- up, and loses data if looses power for even a moment.

The rain accumulation sensor stinks

Missing part missing the wing tell me the direction where the wind is coming from we wouldn’t mind sending me a new one please

Customer service made no attempt to assist with faulty but pricey unit , when it worked it was great but no tech support and just some clowns wanting money in sketchy account. Thought vevor was good until now , no phone to call etc .

Want to return. Almost impossible

This weather station is an absolute piece of junk, 1st one I ordered wind speed would not register, took forever to get the replacement and that one worked for 1 day and now it quit. Save your money and buy a good quality one from someone else!!!
