I bought this weather station for the main reason of it's capabilities to data log, particularly rainfall. It recorded up to 17,000mm per day when no rain fell! I cleared the data numerous times and played with calibrations but still the same. The unit doesn't have a battery backup and a power flick will delete all data, time and dates. Contacted Vevor and they said they would replace the faulty panel. After about a week they replied saying the replacement panel got lost in transit and offered me $20. I asked for the panel instead. They then offered me $56 to go away. I still wanted the replacement. They then offered me $110 to go away. I said refund me in full which they have and I will not be buying from them again.

I'VE BOUGHT A LOT OF PRODUCTS FROM VEVA. BUT VERY DISSAPPOINTED WITH THIS PURCHASE. RAIN GAUGE NEVER DID WORK. I TRYED EVERYTHIING. ALSO THE WIND SPEED IS NOT ACCURATE. I CHECKED IT AGAINST TWO OTHER ONES I HAD THEY WERE RIGHT ON THE SAME. VEVOR WAS WAY OFF. TOTALLY JUNK.

Quit after a month. Contacted for warranty, exchange or refund. Nada. Multiple times. Threw it away.

The unit will not connect via WiFi. Sadly this company offers no telephone support so you can actually solve problems the way it should be done. The chatting service is so sketchy. Got kicked off twice trying to explain what was going on and on top of that the representative was trying to explain to me as he was typing of how to connect. Such a goat roping. It’s sad. Highly doubt I will be doing business here again. At the end of the day. I wasted a whole lot of my time that I will never get back

Installation instructions are poor and easily lead to other software Then the monitoring on a pc is only free for 12 months. That should be disclosed! This is the last product I will buy from Vevor

I bought this product about 2 to 3 months ago. The outside head has lost connectivity. After spending 1.5 hours troubleshooting nothing is working. I'm upset I bought this vs a quality item. Don't make the same mistake! Buy it nice or buy it twice!!! Point in case!

What a piece of cr#p, quit working, rain gauge is incorrect, temperature is off by 10 degrees. Got pissed and threw it in the trash. Get what you pay for.

Well my weather station will not connect to the internet, contacted the company and they sent instruction, very complicated, didn't work. Contacted again sent more instructions still won't connect. They did send me $49.00 back BUT I want it to work. Anyway don't buy the weather ration from Vevor.
