The concept is good but it has trouble picking up pinecones and and sticks keeps spitting them out in front of the machine. Would not recommend until it is improved

I was drawn to this product because of an advertisement showing it picking up sticks and dog toys. It does neither of these things. All it picks up is loose grass and leaves that are on top of grass. I needed it to be able to pick up small sticks and wood chips instead they shoot out the front. Also the debris flies at your face while pushing it. Also the plastic tines came bent fresh out of the box.

The bag is light duty , it got tear apart from the seams at the first time of use , and the replacement is taking forever , I will never buy online again from this seller .

After going back and watching the video representations of this product on several different examples that I saw on social media it's a complete and total sham they are basically placing fresh piles of debris and leaves on top of a perfectly clean lawn so that when the machine picks it up it displays a clean and spotless result for the most part in my case in a real world application where leaves have been on the ground for more than you know a few moments they don't necessarily come up as easily and the pushing of the device is actually much harder than even pushing a mower so the point of making it easy over just raking the yard itself it actually increased my effort and I spent the money to do so so would not recommend I will be selling this on Marketplace

This is one of the biggest waste of money items I have bought. It does not pick up twigs, leaves or grass

It feels very light weight and not in a good way, it is mostly plastic with very think tubing. The brush will not go down all the way to the ground. I have tried it on cement pathways, real grass lawn, and a fake lawn. it couldn't completely clean the cement or the real grass lawn at all. I was able to finally get the fake lawn clean but only after passing over the same spot 4 time minimun. It is so light weight that a wind came up and blow it over.

It does not operate as what it looks like on the ad. Does not just miraculously sweep up all the cones and grass. It catches a lot and doesn’t flow easily.

My review of vevor- I saw this product in an ad and I thought it would be great for the pesky gum balls in my front yard. When my package arrived I was excited. I started putting it together, and had it almost finished, when I noticed I think I'm missing a piece. I thought maybe I just hadn't looked hard enough in the box, but after a thorough search it wasn't there. It was needed to attatch the handle, and therefore needed to USE THE PRODUCT. I followed the steps and sent a simple "I'm missing part number 12 in the instructions" and I was assured via auto response that I would be contacted back in the next 48 hours. I waited 5 days, no big deal, Ill shoot them another message. Their response felt like Ai, asking me about if the packaging was intact, and if anything was damaged, and could ai attatch photos of the damaged packaging. None of which were my initial issue I contacted them for. I explained again and a day or 2 later they tried to confirm the part I was missing. I confirmed it was the "orange clips" implying TWO of them, one for each side of the top handle. 11 days after my first initial email they said they would send me the correct part. I once again said I need TWO. A week later, the package came in the mail, one orange clip.. I emailed again and told them I was trying to be patient but I was pretty clear and asked if they would send me another orange clip to complete the assembly of the product I purchased. Their response "As we are currently unable to provide an estimated restocking time for the accessory, we would like to offer you compensation in the form of $27. Would it be possible for you to purchase the corresponding accessory locally for repair or seek the assistance of a local technician for repairs?" I accepted their response but asked "if I am unable to find the correct piece at a hardware store could I be sent the correct piece when it finally comes back in stock?" They then hit me with an ultimatum, saying I have 2 options which both require me to return the item. Either they will send me a new product after I return it, or they will give me a full refund. If I don't respond in 48 hours the issue would be "resolved" I just wanted an orange clip. If they are able to send me A FULL NEW LAWN SWEEPER then does it have the TWO orange clips? This doesn't make sense. Not a great experience, I won't be recommending this product to anyone. I recommend whoever is reading this to look elsewhere or to have spare parts to figure it out for yourselves.

Read the return policy.This company will take your money quicker than they will give it back... was offered a steep discount to not return it... accepted it and made up my difference selling this item brand new on the marketplace. They have an aggressive marketing strategy. And we'll take your money instantly, but when it comes to canceling it, I try to cancel it within an hour and was told free returns. After trying to return it. They wanted me to cover shipping due to mistakingly purchasing.
