This lawn sweeper do not met the criteria as described in the videos, not recommended at all.

I bought this primarily to sweep up red pine needles. My review is based on does it work and how it works with different surfaces. First, yes it does work. I tried it in my side yard on the other side of my driveway which had long grass. It didn't do such a great job sweeping the long grass but when I mowed, all the long grass clippings were swept quite easily into the catcher. Emptying it was a breeze. Secondly, surface matters. The rest of my yard, around my house, lined with the red pine trees along the property line, is fairly uneven/rough. Due to the uneven surface, it makes sweeping a lot harder. I needed to use a see-saw motion to get everything swept so I ended switching back to my rake as it did a much better job. So my verdict is, if you have a well manicured level yard, this is certainly the machine for you. A non smooth yard certainly makes it more challenging, but, yes you can make it work - just need more time plus patience. I rated the sweeper at 3 stars for that reason. I am keeping the sweeper and hope to level off the grass around the house in the spring as it needs it, sweeper or not. Hopefully once reseeded, sweeping the yard for pine needles will become a lot easier task.

Not very useful. Although it is good at picking up kezbes, it requires emptying far too frequently and is very cumberson to continually detach and empty. The collection container does not easily empty into a standard yard waste collection bag. Overall, mire trouble than it is worth. Better to use a lawnmower with a collection bag to gather and mulch autumn leaves and dispose into paper yard waste bags. For the price of resharpening or replacing a lawnmower blade - less work and more efficient. Would prefer to return for refund.

I bought it online and the delivery was fairly fast and no issues with the delivery or the box on delivery. The instructions stink on putting it together. There should have been better instructions for a $90.00 purchase. The reason I gave it only 3 stars is because the advertisements are false as far as just push and it picks all these items up. The small twigs are good to pick up but anything that is above 10 inches or so it doesn't pick them up. If your leaves have any type of moisture good luck picking those up. Also, if your yard is uneven you get stopped abruptly because it wont go over it while picking up leaves. Another thing is the adjustment on the from I have some trouble with it staying locked into position and it drops down and wont move. Had I know all this I would have stuck with my leaf blower and rake.

I purchased this sweeper in September 2026 to help keep the leaves cleaned up on the concrete drive in front of our garage. The first trees to start dropping leaves were our poplar trees. Sadly, the sweeper didn't handle poplar leaves well at all. Soon the maples will be adding their leaves to the mix. Since they are much lighter, I'm hoping for a better result. Otherwise, this purchase will have been a complete bust.

brough online hoping to address my acorns seems to push or sweep them ahead instead of the bag it's great for leaves and dead grass, but not what i was hoping for certainly not easy to dump leaves in a brown bag, ideal for dumping in a pile

Super hard to push in the grass. You have to tilt it up quite a bit for it to work with the hard bristle brushes. Also didn’t collect many leaves, would shoot them out of the front.

The sweeper works pretty good for leaves. It picks up about 75% of them on a pass. It doesn't work very well at all for acorns. I used it on hard surface and in the grass and it just shoots them around and doesn't pick them up. I tried different height settings and it didn't make a difference. Picking up acorns was the main reason I bought it so I'm a little disappointed.

I just bought and received this sweeper. It works pretty well, but the hopper needs to be emptied constantly and it’s kind of a chore too take it on and off. If you try to grab it with just one hand in the middle of the bar, it tends to bind on one side or the other. You end up having to use two hands which is awkward and requires twisting of the body. Lastly, this thing was not designed for people who are taller. This is probably best suited to somebody who is 5’5” to 5’8”. Perhaps they should provide an extension for the handle for those who need it.
