Was bent when I opened the package.. had to I straighten it rather than go through to hassle of return and wait for another one.. but it's easy to use and very helpful for this disabled veteran.

I am highly dissatisfied with the Vevor Lawn Sweeper. Upon seeing the package I should’ve know there was going to be an issue. It only went downhill from there, there was no clear indication of how to open the package. It was completely taped, I ended up having to rip the box to get it open. The arms to the handle did not screw on very tight, the nut would barely turn on screw and then not move further they were very loose. I constantly had to adjust the height of the brushes to even get it to pick anything up. When it came time to dump what it collected, it was very difficult to dump as the rods fell out of the bag if I was not holding on to them both. This made it very difficult to turn the bag and dump out the leaves. I ended up covered in dirt and having to pick the rods out of the leave pile. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the lawn sweeper from packaging, difficulty assembling, works poorly, and just overall does not get the job done that I need taken care of. The rods need to come already sewn into the bag. Assembly needs to be easier.

Very unhappy sent back for full refund

This item is cheaply made and does not function as advertised. It picks up 0 leaves or any other debris even on a flat surface. The return process thus far has been unsatisfactory with them requiring me to send a video of the item NOT WORKING. This has so far been a huge hassle :( Very disappointing.

Does not pickup every they say it does. Hard to push would not recommend it

This does not work as advertised at all. I asked to have a refund and this company refused to refund and wanted me to send a bunch of pictures and videos of this product not working in my yard. If you want to get scammed then this is the company to purchase from.

After one use. Pros: - Decent construction Cons: - Had to attach nuts to the ends of the upper and lower rods, otherwise they slide out when you pick up the bag - Mesh around where top bar slides through is stitched, the spots for the bottom bar to slide through is not. It is already frayed and getting worse. This way out of the box - Bottom bar even with an attempt to keep in place, will pop out of the slots while pushing making the bag flop around and creating a gap between the bag and brush - It will not pick up sweet gum balls or acorns off the sidewalk or driveway. It's like a pinball machine. Unless mixed with leaves, even on flat ground will miss some. - Bulky to store unless you take the handles off. - Brushes easily get stuck if ground uneven - Cannot use around flower pots, flower beds. Will not get close to the edges or won't fit between Unless your yard is small, flat , and moderate leaves at the most, this is no more effective than racking and/or leaf blowing

It does not pick up poop like advertised. That is the only reason I bought it. I just mulch my leaves into the lawn. If you push it faster thinking it might pick up the poop. Or just clings the poo back at you. Terrible experience all around.

Order came trashed in the box and missing parts - pretty much useless. Problem is, Vevor customer service SUCKS. They wanted to ship me replacement parts from China. Okay, then after 2 weeks they tell me China is having a festival and not shipping anything. What? So I then ask for a refund. They offer me $23.00 on a $300.00 order! After over a month arguing with them, I had no choice but to open a charge dispute with my credit card co. AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM VEVOR

The leaves piled up and the front of the collection bin near the brush preventing any from going to the back of the bin. Had to bend to clear the blockage too often. Not worth the trouble. Also, not easy to empty bin into lawn and leaf bags without stuff spilling on the ground.
