Did not work at all on my lawn. Maybe if the parts were metal and not plastic. Installation was easy. Price point was good. I just believe there could be better materials used.

I will never purchase anything directly from Vevor again. I would advise you to purchase through a third party so that you can return it for a full refund if you aren't happy. The lawn sweep didn't perform as expected, and after spending hours trying to return it and get a refund, they offered me $58.00, knowing I wouldn't take it, and thus not having to deal with the return. I would 10/10 NOT recommend them or their products to anyone

This product broke on the FIRST try. No bs, I was looking to use this for commercial use for my lawn care business and it broke on the 1st use.

This lawn sweeper was delivered to the wrong address. The delivery company took a picture of the delivery location, but I didn’t recognize the home— I just knew it wasn’t my home. After a couple of weeks, the sweeper finally arrived, likely because the person who received it by mistake dropped it off. Meanwhile, while my lawn sweeper was missing in action, I ordered another one from Vevor because I couldn’t wait to clean up my yard. That sweeper arrived without any issues. After the missing-in-action sweeper magically showed up, I contacted Vevor through their app to arrange a return. Call me crazy, but this should be a simple process, right? I need to return something I no longer need because it was delivered to the wrong address and took weeks to arrive. Simple. Vevor’s customer service told me to contact the delivery company. Specifically, they said, “According to the rule, please you have to contact the shipping agency to issue a certificate of non-receipt and send it as attachment to us, then we could make process go on. If you are unable to do this step you can file a claim on the logistic company and offer us the case ID.” I need a “certificate of non-receipt” for something I received, which took forever to arrive since it was delivered to the wrong address. That doesn’t make much sense, so I asked for clarification. At this point, Vevor stopped communicating with me. I have attached screenshots showing the ghosting. I sent a message asking for clarification at 6:04 PM and checked back periodically until my final message at 6:54 PM. I asked for help, and I was ignored. Unbelievable! This was my first purchase from Vevor, and I’m really disappointed with how poor their customer service has been. Before buying, I read online stories about how hard it is to get help from Vevor’s customer service. I took a chance and ordered anyway. Their prices are definitely attractive, but if you need support and end up being ghosted, it might be worth paying a little more to buy from a company that offers better after-sales help. Vevor - if you’re out there and are reading this, I still need help.

Wheel fell off after first use. Would advise against buying. Worked well for about five minutes then wheel just fell off. Looked as user manual and it looks like it is missing parts. Quality control seems to be an issue so I would advise against purchasing these products.

The product is poorly made and and is very hard to push the unit forward when is keep stopping and does not collect leaf or grass. Make the matter worse when you contact the company, they running you around asking pictures and video. they stalling to issue the RMA. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company. I can understand every now and then you come across with a defective material but bad customer service is inexcusable.

Waste of time. Waste of energy. Waste of money. You're better off raking. You're going to kill yourself shoving this thing around, barely able to pick anything up.

This has got to be the worst yard product I have ever bought. It broke the very first time I used it. It is heavy and hard to push especially on uneven surfaces. Will never buy this brand or product ever again. Terrible.

One might imagine that a lawn sweeper might be able to pickup small branches and twigs without an issue? Well, not this one! Small and very small twigs and branches that are picked up get wrapped around the axles and prevent the push lawn sweeper from rolling. Its frustrating and requires manual intervention every 3 to 5 ft. I'm back to the good ol' cheap rake and figuring out what to do with this junk.
