This ladder works great on our dock. Was easy to assemble and installed using the included hardware. The adjustable stair height is an additional bonus to the efficient design of the ladder.

Bonjour, échelle remplis bien son rôle, livraison rapide deux ou trois jours mais il manqué les fixation de l’échelle donc inutilisable pendant trois semaine, c’est le temps que le service après vente a mis pour m’envoyer ses fixations, pas vraiment réactive le sav. Surtout que trois semaine c'était la fin de nos vacance. Alors merci au Sav. D’avoir gâcher les vacances de quatre enfants qui ne pouver pas aller a l’eau tous seul obliger d’avoir un adulte pour les sortir de l’eau , encore merci au SAV. Cordialement

All things considered, you get what you pay for. The positives are the price and overall size of the ladder. The negatives are the steel is very thin, so I’m unsure that it will support the weight of a person without bending and several missing pieces of hardware. When I contacted the company about the missing hardware, they were responsive and offered to provide the missing parts or provide partial credit.

Quality appears to be good but poor design and functionality. First the ladder does not raise up very much so the bottom two steps in my application is always under water which promotes algae from growing on those steps so make sure to measure your specific needs to ensure you don’t have this issue. Second they supply two Velcro straps to hold the ladder in its raised position which won’t last long being exposed to the weather, they need a more secure way of locking the ladder in the raised position. Lastly not sure how secure the ladder will be but it uses what looks to be two drawer pulls that you attach to your dock and the ladder has two hooks that just slip into it to hold in place which does make it easy to completely remove the ladder from the dock if you don’t want it to be in the water all the time. I tried to return the ladder for a as refund but customer service would not agree to a return so I’m stuck with making the best of it until I get tired a buy something better

One minor part was missing and the process to get that part provided was arduous and frustrating; being able to deal only with chat bots that could not understand that ladder was unusable without the part. They would not expedite; taking over 3 days to respond to request and then suggesting up to another 15 days to deliver missing part

The corners on the top handrail are rough, tough on hands when using. Overall I like the ladder, just think for the price it would be better.

Overall a good design but let down by being very fiddly to construct and the bolt holes for the steps not taking into account for the welds. This forces the sliding brackets to not align and being very tight to the extent they do not slide. Designer and manufacturer need to get on the same page.
