Unit is not accurate for the angle function. For example, the 90 degree function is not 90 degrees and the laser shifts with each cycle. If you change the degree setting, it bounces the start point to a random spot. I am working with support to return the unit and will purchase a different brand. Also, it has a very weird smell that I cannot place.

Première commande chez vevor, et honnetement à réfléchir si un jour je dois commander le sav est nul . Donc pour la petite explication je déballe le produit jusque la tout va bien, je le mais à charger et le lendemain petit essai et la échec. impossible de trouver le point de stabiliter 0 avec la cellule du lazer. Donc je les contacte pour leur expilquer que je ne peut pas me servir du lazer en l'état. leurs réponse apporter la preuve en photo ou vidéo comme si j'ai que cela a faire alors que j'avais besoin du lazers. je leur demande un renvoie et un remboursemment, sachant que cela fesait juste deux jours que j'avais reçu l'article rien toujours le méme message bidon photo ou vidéo au final vue que le lasers fonctionner bien, j'ai pris la cellule de mon laser topcon car mon laser lui ne marcher plus, mais la cellule oui et voila au final leur cellule et en défaut mais aucun sav. Donc pour ma part c'est vraiment de la vente a petit prix sans rien attendre niveau sav, très dessus pour une première experience chez vevor voila mon avis

I was really looking forward to putting this to work, but was disappointed when it arrived The laser had parts and pieces rattling around when pulled from the hard case. I tried to get it spin but it would only put a dot on the wall. When turned on angle the laser head just flopped from side to side. I returned it for a new one. The new kit arrived broken as well. It would try to self level as the dot moved up or down about and inch, but it would not rotate. It made a sound when turned upside down and you could feel something was not secure. I received a refund and was informed that they only allow 2 attempts. My issues were more with FedEx but it makes me believe if this thing sustains a bump, it will break.

I tried to use it in one of my jobs and we have up to 2" difference between point A and B. Its very bad that we have up to 2" difference with a laser level like this. Thanks God we check carefully and accuracy with this tool.

I would love to say that the product is worth it for the price but I honestly can’t say, since the unit I received had pieces rattling around inside of it before I even took it out of the box. After several hours of troubleshooting and trying to get the self-leveling feature to work, I gave up and contacted customer support to notify them and see how to rectify the problem. I was offered $138 (a fraction of what I paid) and told that I should take it to a repair shop and have them work on my BRAND NEW piece of equipment. The closest repair shop is over 2 hours away. I asked for a replacement unit to be sent, since only the level was damaged and not working and everything else seemed to be in tact, and I am willing to send back the damaged unit. They told me they would give me a prepaid label and I could return the product for a refund. The VEVOR customer service is apparently a joke… so is the cheaper price worth terrible customer service and still no working product, which I need for several jobs or I obviously wouldn’t have ordered it? I would say no. I will be very hesitant to order from this company again in the future. I can’t speak to the features of this product since mine doesn’t work and they are unwilling to send me a replacement. Same goes for the “ease of use.” But I would give the quality negative stars if I could at this point, and even less stars for their less than stellar customer service.

Premier achat sur vevor Très déçu le produit ne fonctionne pas , aucune rotation du laser. Et il ne faut surtout pas parler du SAV qui ne donne pas de nouvelle. A la base cela semble un bon produit , mais au final … Peut être que grâce à ce message j’aurais des nouvelles du SAV?

Arrived Brocken. Packaging was good, but seeing as this has a lot of moving parts inside, they need to find a way to lockdown the mechanism during shipment. I’m still waiting for customer service to issue a return or ship new unit. So far I am not satisfied with the service support. They wanted me to open up the laser module and identify the Brocken parts. This is not good.

I can’t get the laser to calibrate. It’s off by over 1 1/2 inches over a distance of 45 feet.

The laser isn’t visible for more than a foot away from the device even while wearing the provided red tinted glasses. I attempted to return the product for a refund and I’m getting the runaround. I’ve been in correspondence with VEVOR for 3-4 days already trying to get a refund authorization, to no avail….steer clear of VEVOR and this product.
