Recibo el pedido después de reclamar en varias ocasiones al vendedor y a la empresa transporte. Indican que recibieron orden de retrasar el envío. Los actores que enviaron y los que realizaron el transporte se desentendieron, dando el servicio por realizado. Me induce a pensar mal tanto por otros, la inacción fué la respuesta por los dos. Replantearé usar los servicios de estas empresas ya que no aportan soluciones a sus clientes. El producto no lo he probado, tuve que adquirir otro de características similares en otro comercio y disculparme infinitamente con mi cliente al cual debería haber hecho el servicio en tiempo y forma.

Received the item, dead on arrival. Took it to an electrician and was told the variable speed board was bad. Asked to return the item within a 5 days of getting it, it took me till the weekend to open it and try it, was told I needed to show pictures of what was wrong. It didn't work, so I sent a video of it not working and was asked to make sure the motor brushes were replaced with the extra set provided, even after I told them it was the variable speed board. In the photo, if you look at where the green wire, it's loose and when you look at the back (top left) you can see that the board is defective where it's burnt around the solder. So I did replace the brushes, still didn't work, asked to return it and was told they will send a part. It has been a 30 days and still no part, which I was told would take 10 to 15 days to deliver. I ended up using my palm sander to do the walls so I could finish my project. I would not buy.

Pure arnaque qui rapporte beaucoup d'argent a cette compagnie, article bon marché brise ou ne fonctionne pas bien, bonne chance pour un retour, si vous insistez elle vous offre un remboursement de 1/4 du prix payer et là si vous refusez elle coupe la communication, alors vous restez prix avec leur scrap.

This sander has quit working after not even a month. It has not been overly worked or used for anything other than sanding. So I'm sorry I cannot give a good review. Truly I would like my money refunded.

Never received this item, unfortunately Vevor ships with UniUni, worst delivery company ever. Good thing I paid the shipping insurance.

Client chez Vevor depuis plusieurs année, axe cassé au bout d'une heure de fonctionnement de la machine, une machine défectueuse cela peut arriver, demande au sav un échange de machine, une réponse sous 48h devait être faite, cela fait une semaine et rien. Je suis déçu Pascal

This unit is described in kg on the description instead of pounds. It is heavier than expected. The website lists returns are available however they make it difficult. They close the case, you contact chat, they send an email that they will respond and then crickets! If unopened returns are this difficult, I will never order from this company again.

The handle has some kind of inadequate method of keeping inline at the fold. The handle will not stay together for me to use the product. I''ve yet to jury rig some way to make sure it doesn't open. I think I';ll end up wrapping an ace bandage around the folding point, then possible duct-taping over the ace bandage to make sure that it is tight and leak proof as the vacuum works thru the handle. I'd have never bought this if I knew the handle could not be used as is.

Dust everywhere..dont buy.
